. I nearly walked out before being seen but I did not feel like calling my insurance sitting on the phone with them for another hour and getting a different referral. upon walking in I approached the sign in station and was greated not so warmly by Vicki. I was handed some paper work. after filling out my information she told me I needed my husband/sponsor Social Security number I informed her that tri care uses the benefits ID number for billing she insisted they do not take it. after explaining to her everytime I have been to a doctor/dentist they have used this. she did not care, I asked her to give them a call. She would not call a tricare rep and refused to speak when I had one on my line. she eventually wrote down her managers number. her manager spoke with a tricare rep and told me to tell her that everything was ok. of coarse she did not take my word for it and gave her a call back to confirm. I sat back down and was called back by a very nice personable nurse minutes later. this facility is clean and the staff behind the wall is very warm and kind. my doctor was professional as well. it was such a hassle. and stress… I wish you could have actually pretended to care what so ever.

The times I’ve been in here the wait has been short. The rooms are decorated nicely. The employees are friendly. I’ve been here several times and I recommend this office. I would rather come here than go to the Hospital ER!
