24 Hour Pizza Delivery

If I could give no stars I would. They tried to show up 3 hours after I called and I wouldn’t accept because the pizza was stone cold. Then they charged me $ 75. Worst experience ever

Worst pizza I have ever had. It took over and hour to deliver and it was COLD. Pizza and mozzarella sticks cost $ 47.really? WTF! When I called the «owner» he said he wasn’t going to do anything for us. what a joke. STAY AWAY!!!

WARNING! 24 Hour Pizza Delivery sounds too good to be true? That’s because it is!
My friend ordered from them after finding them on google. Should have looked into it first. They only took credits cards that should have been the first sign. We ordered a pizza and some sides. When it was delivered the pizza was DISGUSTING and smelled really bad. They are absolute SCAM ARTISTS. Don’t order from them! They charged my friend $ 75 for the whole thing. OUTRAGEOUS!

I don’t care how hungry I am, I would rather eat a can of beans before I order from this place. Delivery took forever, food was cold, and sub par at best, and it was extremely overpriced. My friend and I ordered a grilled chicken salad (that had pickles on it… huh?), and a wing-​ding plate. The food came up to $ 50.

I have ordered From here a few times and they keep messing up my order. When I call back to speak to the manager he just keeps telling me next time or talk to the driver. The driver has nothing to do with the order. When they repeated back the order it was correct. What they delivered was not. The manager kept telling me next time we will get it right. He would not give me a refund or anything and kept hanging up on me. I will not come back to this place the customer service is extremely poor. Coming from somebody who works in customer service I am beyond disappointed. No one should ever have this kind of service. The fact that the manager wouldn’t even try and to make it a positive experience and would hang up on me is disgusting. They should have a new manger who actually cares about their service and wants returning customers. I would not recommend this place.

Just like all the other reviews. These guys are con artists. Got home late from work one night around 11pm. Wanted a pizza so googled 24 hr pizza. Not only did they get my pizza order wrong, they showed up with 2 liter soda, motz sticks, salads and fries with a bill of $ 34. I argued with the delivery guy and he told me after 11pm its a $ 30 minimum on delivery charges. No one told me that when I called. I signed the bill and left a $ 1 tip. I checked by bank statement the next day and saw a charge for $ 38. They turned the 1 into a 4 on my receipt to give themselves a bigger tip. GUTLESS! I called to complain. Got into it with the «manager» (who was the guy who delivered my pizza) and it ended with him saying I should have researched my pizza like I would if I were to buy a car… A CAR, and that he was going to charge me $ 60 more b/​c I said I would report him. I did call the BBB and they just said they would keep an eye on it. I dont know how they are still in business. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

HOW, I MEAN, HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN? I NEVER Unilocal. BUT, I am truly in disbelief of how HORRIBLY I was ripped off. ZERO STARS! This idiot kept saying, «Only in America». Only in America is yo azz still open (and not getting your nose split!) after fooling all the folks that trust you to give them fair treatment. I asked for a large pizza, he told me I HAD to order something else…49.00!!! YOU CRAY! REGULATE COPPAHS, jeeeeeze.

if you were over charged call your credit card company or bank and charge it back!!! these people are scamming you! do not take any food they claim to be free!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Little did I know this place was a scam! The concierge at the hotel recommended it. We ordered 3 calzones and they never told us a price and would not let us pay cash. When they showed up he said it was 69 dollars!!! Are you kidding me?! Do NOT ever order from this place. Food is terrible and we didn’t even get what we ordered. They take advantage of their customers

DO NOT GET SCAMMED! This place is a joke. Ordered 2 med pizza’s.never delivered. After multiple calls and already having my card info i was told pizza was in route. Never got our food but I DID get a $ 50.82 charge in my acct 3 days later. Messed w/​the wrong chic. Charges have been filed assholes! So be careful and don’t fall for this place. Wish i saw Unilocal b4 i ordered from these jokers. negative zero ‘s from me.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from this place ONCE and it was the worst food ordering experience of my life.
My friend and I were on the phone for literally 30 minutes (I even video recorded it because it was so ridiculous) trying to place an order, because the lady taking our order did not speak English. She also would not tell us the price of some of our orders and would not give us our final price.
When the delivery showed up, it was NOT what we ordered, they over charged us ($ 70.00 for a calzone, onion rings, and mozerella sticks!!!). We did not have this much cash on us so we had a big fiasco getting them to take it back. I ended up having to put it on my credit card and then having my credit card company erase the charges.
TERRIBLE!!!

I would like to give zero stars. They didn’t have what I ordered and called me, when I called back they were mad at me for not answering the phone right away. They tried to force me to take something I didn’t want to replace it. I tried to just take the part of my order they did have and get a refund for the rest but they were super mean and rude and said they weren’t coming out to my town for just one pizza (it was a specialty pizza that cost over $ 40) He also said the driver had already left and then said that my pizza was in the oven so he was obviously lying. I tried to be nice but he wound up swearing at me and it got heated. Thanks to grub hub though for refunding my money. Never ever do business with 24 hour pizza! I should have listened to the other reviewers.

The other reviews of this place are 100% correct. 24 hour Pizza Delivery, also known as Regal Café, is a scam. They charged me $ 49.00 for 2 «20 inch» pizzas which in and of its self should be a crime. These pizzas were OVAL! they were 17 inches by 12 inches. It wasn’t even 20″ long ways! ON TOP OF THIS I paid in cash and was still charged on my credit card. TWICE! Once for $ 49.90 and once for 6.00. I called to complain and the person answering the phone not only didn’t do anything, he called me cheap! Do not order food from here no matter how hungry you are or how late at night it is.

SCAM!
They will overcharge you by ridiculous amounts. You would be better off shooting yourself on the foot, it will be a more pleasant experience.

I’m not sure if Regal Donuts is the original culprit of this delivery scam. i live near by and i’ve gone here before for the late night drive thru, and while the food was forgettable and expensive, they didn’t scam me. but what do i know
They probably change the name whenever the negative reviews start to pile up, or maybe is because they have already been sued.

It’s hard to imagine that there’s a restaurant worse than Redneck’s in Allston, but pretty sure this is it. Just got delivery, and although it was very quick, that was the only positive. We ordered the infinite 3lb mozzarella sticks, infinite 3lb chicken tenders, and 24″ pizza off Grub Hub. First off, the food was overly greasy, and all in all, pretty disgusting. On top of all that, this place could use a visit from the Department of Weights and Measures, because their scales are waaaayyyyy off. No way in hell did we get 3lbs of chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks (lucky if it was even a lb.). And the pizza may have been 24″ wide, but it was also oval, so a little deceptive there too. I guess this place MIGHT be okay if it’s 5am and you’ve been partying all night, and there are no other options… otherwise, skip this place at all costs.
