I tend to think of myself as a big 7-Eleven connoisseur. This location lacks a few of my go-to’s and I find it to be a bit more pricey here than other locations. I usually come here either in the morning or on weekends. When I do come on the weekends I’m usually looking for a snack and you can’t go wrong with a Slurpee or Big Gulp. The Slurpee machine is always working so that’s a plus. The hot, ready to eat stuff is usually an ok selection. I’ve come here at times and there is nothing ready. Almost as if they went through a huge rush and sold everything 5 mins before hand. And sadly they never have Cheeseburger Bites on hand when I come in. This location has become to me my «Grab a honey bun and Slurpee» place but sadly not much else.

I’m not crazy about 7-Eleven, but it definitely puts the convenience in convenience store chains. I have nothing against 7-Eleven. I do wish they had a veggie dog because I’m a hippie like that, but I mean, it is what it is. I only crave hot dogs because there are like 3 Italian hot dog carts across the street with the delicious aroma of grilled onions wafting about Washington St. You need yourself some condoms at like 1AM? Stumble in. Need yourself some high fructose corn syrup FD&C red 40 watermelon slushies at 11:30AM because it’s 90 F out? Yeah brah, just walk right in & get it. Remember, since this is Massachusetts with its absurd alcohol laws, there is NOT any alcohol at this 7-Eleven. It’s kind of a good thing considering the crowd that loiters outside of the«NOLOITERING» sign. So why am I giving this place 5 stars? Well, for starters, they let my co-workers & me use their microwave to heat up our lunches, free of charge or «y’all free loaders are da worst» looks. But mostly, this 5 star rating is dedicated to the staff that has to deal with the drunks that stumble in & start harassing them. The staff deals with it pretty smoothly & I can’t imagine the kinds of stories they have, but y’all deserve a standing ovation for what you put up with & still putting a smile on your face. You guys rock. Not the biggest 7-Eleven you’ve ever seen, nor is it the nicest, but my goodness it’s definitely got a place in my heart for the poo they put up with.

This is a super convenient spot to get tea, coffee, fruit or whatever else you fancy. It’s on my way to work each day and it works well. I buy the bananas that they sell — 2 for a buck and that’s a pretty good deal. Staff there are really friendly. Sometimes they don’t always have bananas so when I walk in and then walk out, they’re like«Hey, what’s going on? Not buying anything?» And I say…“No bananas! I’ll come back.” I think I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now, and It doesn’t disappoint.

I like going to this 7 – 11. The people are so nice, coffee is always fresh and the place is clean. The manager is very pleasant and takes time to talk to the customers. Now they even have pizza and Jamaican patty! I get lunch here at least once a week.

Exactly what you would expect from a 7 – 11, except the new coffee is mixed with the old(They do it right in front of you) so at times it tastes like crap, but otherwise, no complaints. STAYAWAY from Downtown Crossing 7 – 11 at all costs tho, by FAR the dirtiest in the area!!!

This 7 Eleven is just fine. They have a large selection of drinks, candy bars, and cigarettes. What did you expect?

I had to give this place1 star because zero was unavailable. I work a very early shift(4:30am) and this hellhole is on my way. I have tried time and time again to get a cup of coffee from this 7 Eleven and the one on Washington St. There are literally days when this is impossible. Getting a cup of coffee from an establishment that supposedly serves coffee 24 hours a day should not be stressful. They manage to make it an unpleasant experience. On Wash. St. there are 12 empty pots while the employee sits there. On Summer St. the doors are constantly locked. The overnight employee at Summer St. was reading a newspaper when I walked in and there was no coffee made. I asked him about it, he looked up, shook his head, and went back to his paper. I contacted the Home Office twice and after many reassurances, nothing changed. They lost my business. If you’re going to charge people inflated prices, you should at least have decent customer service. Stay away from this place.

Don’t ask me why, but I love wiling away 10 or 15 minutes inside a 7 – 11. Big Gulps, Smartfood popcorn, strange smells.

This is an average 7 – 11. You’re going to get what you want, at the same prices you would at the one a few blocks over, or elsewhere in the 7 – 11 network of 7−11s. It’s a little cramped and out of the way, so it’s not really the most convenient one unless you happen to work in one of the nearby offices. The cool thing about this one is its location. Cross Arch St. for a second and read the plaque. The Gerrymander, the political means to the weirdest looking congressional districts, was formulated by Elbridge Gerry and across the street. So historically, that’s cool. Otherwise, it’s a 7 – 11. You’ll get what you expect from it, and probably pay about the same or more as at the CVS across the street on Summer.

It’s a 7 Eleven. You get what you expect here: Overpriced items. Like 5x the normal price overpriced. Grossness. Surly cashiers.(There’s an exception. She’s awesome) Ridonkulous lines. BUT, it’s a convenient location so you’ll find me here if I’m having a bad day and I need food that’s half a step above poison. Avoiding a massive line at Dunkin’ I came here looking for caffeine. Since I had coffee in mind I tried their iced coffee. Delicious. Whatever chemicals they used to make this work out well. I wouldn’t make a trip just for this but in emergency situations it’s good to know there’s something decent(ish). One word of caution: stay away from the baked goods. I’ve seen things flying around in there more times than I care to think about.

Fuck this 7 – 11. They accused my boyfriend of stealing a candy bar today, and then when he said«well frisk me!» they DECLINED!1!!! Idiots. Frisking mouse is the highlight of my day.
