I wouldn’t know because this place doesn’t exist at the address on Unilocal They’ve moved to a different state and I don’t even think they do computer repair anymore.

I had my custom desktop PC shipped up to Boston during a move, and needless to say the computer took a beating. Not having any of my tools, I brought my PC in the day I called A+ Mobile PC and they started working on it immediately. After running diagnostics and replacing a broken CPU fan and video card, my PC was running great. One of the techs (Kyle) even helped me draft an insurance claim for FedEx, making sure I liked the wording and everything. Kyle, Peter, and Michael were all very friendly, and I will definitely return with any future problems (although I hope not!).
The only reason I docked them a star was because when I got home and booted up my PC, I was informed that the sound card was missing a power cord connection. It only took about 5 minutes for me to find an available cord and connect it to the card, but someone with little computer knowledge may have been stuck!
Word of caution; don’t ship anything valuable via FedEx. I paid $ 45 for them to personally box my PC, and all they did was surround it in paper and throw it off a cliff. Insurance claim pending…

I paid $ 75 for diagnostics that told me that my computer is kaput. I feel that it was kinda of a rip off, but the turn around was quick and the two people that I talked too seem to know what they were talking about.
They didn’t actually fix anything for me, besides pronouncing my dear laptop dead, so I cant vouch for the work, just the diagnostics part.
Hopefully I will never have to be back, but they are there if you need them.

Screw the Apple store, come here to be treated better and for decent rates. I brought my ancient iBook in for a replacement keyboard, and they were able to do it in 4 days. I was also called once for an update on the repair. I feel like I got good value for my money. I also used the student discount which made me quite happy, even though I blew the money at Urban Outfitters. Oh well. :)

I’m updating my review because the owner sent me a note apologizing for the guy who no longer works there– He also explained everything which I would have liked when I went to get the computer — He seems to genuinely care about his business and is doing everything he can to make it work.
They did give me a discount because the part ended up being a lot more than expected so I ended up paying the same without a labor charge.
The owner seems to have it together — I really appreciate that.

Turn around time is horrible and they didnt even fix it! told me to get a new computer when the thing wasnt even that old. i brought it to my cousin who fixed it THAT SAME NIGHT! works great now! he said it was a simple «trojan» virus spyware. The lap top has been running like new for 3 weeks now, no thanks to F– Mobile PC Morons!
