Just had my car washed at this place. The cashier was rude. My car looks ok. Will not be back.

Just had my car detailed today. I must say, I expected much better given that they are inside the Ritz. The inside was vacuumed and dusted but not «cleaned» as there is still dust on the dash and crumbs in the center console. I even found one of my kid’s stickers on the carpet!
The most disappointing piece is the acid (asbestos) stains on my hood and mirror. I have seen this type of leakage before.
Clearly, the garage is leaking and my car was parked directly underneath it. I am pissed!!!
Now, I have to hurry and take my car to another car wash and pray that the paint is not permanently damaged.
I guess it’s true that you get what you pay for.

Just had my car detailed — exterior wash plus interior vacuuming, steam cleaning, and general surface cleaning. They did a fantastic job. The downside is price. They ask $ 150 for the service, and then you also have to pay to exit the parking garage ($ 30/​day). They can’t validate your parking ticket.

This car wash is located inside the Ritz parking garage between Chinatown, the theater district and Downtown Crossing. Perfectly located for anything you’re doing in Boston.
NOW, I am going to share an insider secret with you that not many people know:
Go into the parking garage and park your car.
Go find the main office on the second level I believe.
Give them a credit card to put on file.
They will give you a cool key card to get in.
NOW you will only pay $ 14 to park during the week (all day) and only $ 10 on the weekends. It is the best deal anywhere in Boston and it’s at the Ritz.

This car wash has been here a long time. They do cars much nicer than yours all day and know what they are doing.
I bring both of my cars here a lot and one of them is a van.
They always do an excellent job. It is always ready when they say it will be.
Addressing the other reviewer’s concerns. I’ve never had any water anywhere it didn’t belong and my radio was never left on and If it was a winter day and some water froze after his car was washed then blame mother nature but you can’t expect them to heat dry your car. They don’t have heat in a parking garage. That comment was ridiculous.
These guys are great. Park there, Get your car washed there, Detailed, waxed, whatever…

Good location for a car wash. If you’re parking at the Ritz garage, you can drop it off right at the entrance and pick your car up on your way out. Hand wash is $ 25 and they do a decent job.
2 stars for 2 reasons:
Window wells were full of water. It was a while before all of the water inside my door dried out. I don’t know how they did this. The undercarriage was also soaked and (since it was cold in the garage) partially frozen. Pulling out, it felt like my e-​brake was still on but it was just the ice locking everything up — after a few seconds my car lurched forward.
When I turned my car on, my radio was set to 94.5 and the volume was turned way up. There’s no reason for anyone at a car wash to listen to music in my car. It seriously bothers me. I will always look at the mileage on my car now before dropping it off to be washed.
