The construction is done and it’s a wonderful place to live. I love the location and the apartments. Everyone is nice and helpful. The parking is perfect. They allow pets. The lounge and fitness area are great. There is bike storage in the basement. The building is connected directly to Shaws and the Pru. You don’t need to go outside to shop or take the T. Expensive but so far worth it.

we moved into the exeter in may and it’s been terrific. The apartments are bright, modern and the design accommodates all our storage needs coming from a larger home.
The staff in the building are helpful and super nice. Love the concierge service with events and restaurant reservations. pet friendly!
