I have a love/hate relationship with Bally. I love the shoes, but hate the store and abysmal customer service. I have several pairs of Bally shoes as does my girlfriend. I have been shopping there for about 5 years and I have seen a tremendous change in the atmosphere of the store. Before the store was very focused on customer service and pleasing the customer. Recently, this is not the case. While Bally’s are very comfortable they are not particularly durable. As a result it was necessary for my shoes to be repaired. I dropped my shoes of to be repaired and nothing happened. First they lost the shoes before they sent them. Then the forgot to send them. Then they finally sent them, repaired them and they were still faulty. — that has happened with two pairs of shoes. I recently bought a pair of shoes… they fit great in store, but didn’t feel so good after wearing them around. I «attempted» to return them. The manager refused to return them saying that the were too worn(I had returned them roughly 48hrs later). I told her that I hadn’t worn them more then once and I was a long time shopper. She began to raise her voice and berate me, saying they no longer wanted my business and they wouldn’t ever sell me shoes again. I informed her that I was going to leave the shoes and take my issues up with the credit card company. She replied she was going to throw my shoes away — so I left. I wish i was kidding about the whole thing, but I am not… buyer beware i guess

their leather is very durable, too bad their design is not that hip, but they have shoes, bags, wallets, etc… that i am so sure someone would like to buy it.
