This is my first time trying this dry cleaners. I have them a pair of linen pants to be pressed. I dropped it off at 9:30 and picked it up by 2:00, which was great but my pants were not pressed properly. And when expressed concern about my linen pants still having wrinkles, I was given an attitude. Won’t go back again.

I’ve used Bay Village Cleaners for wash-and-fold a few times now and they’re always courteous and efficient. Turnaround is about 1 – 2 days — I usually dropoff in the morning and pick up the next day after work. Wash-and-fold is $ 1.50/lb with a 10 lb minimum, which is typical for the area.

I’ve been going to this place about 5 years, and I could not be happier. It is a wonderful, sweet family running the place, who always remember my name and do an amazing, fast job with my clothes. I even trusted them to do my wedding dress and it turned out wonderfully. I will be very sad when I move and don’t have this quality of dry cleaning a couple steps away. Recommend this highly to anyone, and feel free to trust them with even your most coveted items!

We lived across from this place for a year – wonderful family-run business. My husband always sent over his work shirts, they were great with my dresses($ 10 each), and they even patched a hole in my knit sweater that I thought was ruined(for $ 6). We’ll miss them!

I think I just found my new cleaners. I dropped off a bridesmaids dress that needed to be hemmed and a pair of slacks that needed to be dry cleaned. Unfortunately, my boyfriend needed the pants dry cleaned over the weekend for a business trip but there was no where in the city that was able to do same day service so Bay Village Cleaners offered to freshen them up and press them same day(better than nothing). They were also abel to get the alterations on my dress the same day. The price for the hemming of 3 layers came out to $ 50 which I thought was pricey but it was definitely convenient and Mei did a great job with it.

This family run dry-cleaner is one of the best in Boston! They are very helpful and reasonably priced. They do fantastic alteration work and are some of the nicest people you can meet! Avoid the awful and expensive places in the south end and come over to bay village! A hidden gem.

I’ve had my winter Uggs for over a year now. They’ve gotten wet, been doused by drunken duck sauce, turned a bit blue from a pair of new jeans, and I rarely ever took them off. They were fine(all Uggs seem to get really dirty) BUT… last week? A half bottle of red wine fell off the coffee table and splattered alllll over them. I prepared myself for a new pair. Then I remembered a conversation I had with Bay Village Cleaners right after I got the boots. They said it would only take a week and would cost me $ 25. The French Laundry near my house told me it would be $ 50 and take«at least a few weeks» to get back. So I gave Bay Village Cleaners a shot. I just got them back and they are seriously like brand new Uggs, right out of the box. Absolutely stunning… these guys are miracle workers. I’ve found my new dry cleaners!!!
