Ben helped me buy a my current condo at the Spencer lofts back in 2012 – a very highly sought-​after unit at the time and with his help we were able to get it for a very reasonable price on very short notice, beating out multiple other offers in the process. I am kind of a lost cause when it comes to the tedious and overbearing nature of real estate procedure, especially when it comes to the lenders, and Ben helped me out tremendously. When I was stressing about not knowing what size curtains to buy for the apartment windows and showers, Ben took a trip to the property, snapped photos of everything and Photoshopped in the exact measurements. He also took detailed notes of the curtain rods. He thinks of everything.
