Blue Guava did a phenomenal job creating beautiful floral arrangements for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. All our guests complimented the work they did.
We met with a number of florists in Boston and Blue Guava was far and away our favored choice. John is a great guy: Friendly, personal and most importantly he’s very creative.
He was full of ideas from day one and listened intently to what we were looking for. He worked with us as quantities changed closer to our big day and was very reasonable on pricing
I’d echo exactly the same sentiment of a previous post and hence give 4 stars vs. 5 John is a busy guy and wasn’t always able to respond but don’t let that stop you from using this guy — he will do an amazing job.

John LaRoche is an incredibly talented artist. I would highly recommend him on any wedding or special occasion. He was able to take my «vision» and feedback on my floral arrangements and perfectly translate them into exactly what I wanted. When our venue put restrictions on our use of candles, he quickly identified a solution and did not charge me more for the updated arrangement plan.
My only criticism would be that it is extremely difficult to reach him via email and his assistants are not the most organized. The solution to this is to simply call him on the phone and he will make sure everything is taken care of.
