Be patient with wait… at the food trucks. The banh mi is OK, but pales in comparison to the banh mi from the dingiest of shops in Chinatown. The rice and noodle bowls are OK. The deviled eggs, eh. I’ve had their roast pork several times now and it’s ok too. I think part of the appeal is that you can get the asian/vietnamese-like food from a truck and not have to trek to Chinatown. They do accommodate vegetarians with their tofu option. But all in all, I would say expectations were not met based on all the reviews. Sorry folks.
