[But it was fun going to my first Celtics game vs the Houston Rockets on 11 March 2016. And I do admit that as a kid I used to pretend I was Kevin McHale during pickup games (pre-​Magic of course)].

I think years from now we will look at the 2015 draft and say it was Ok, no one can say that now. Rozier at 16 has casual fans and Basketball draft savants scratching their head. Many sites gave the celtics an” F”. They got the shooting guard and shot blocker they needed but this is not enough, you need to finish they had the draft picks to do it and they did not. They could have moved up 4 spots to get an elite player with all the picks they have and they didn’t, Shame danny, give up the reigns on the drafting,

I know the Celtics are rebuilding, and it isn’t as intense as in previous years, yet this young team puts out tremendous effort and is building for the future. I’m a fan, really enjoy going to the games, and…” in Danny we trust” — Go Celtics!

A staff member made a mistake with my tickets and it ended up costing me a few hundred dollars. Upon reporting the incident the Celtics did everything they could to make the situation right. They go above and beyond to fix problems. They went so far that I decided to become a season ticket holder. The team is not that great this year, but the entertainment value, service and convenience makes it better than the other sporting events in town.
Negative: Mixed drink prices and serving sizes are ridiculous. Example: price of 1 ounce our of Bullet Bourbon= one month mortgage payment.

Can anyone in the whole wide world explain to me why the Boston CELTICS do not have a HOME GAME on ³⁄₁₇^th of each year? Would this not be a huge revenue stream? Or are they afraid that people would march from Southie to the Garden and over-​serve themselves?

(score 1 – 100) — 85. I have been a Celtic Season Ticket holder for 3 years now and have been very satisfied with the product. Each year as a season ticket holder I’ve had the opportunity to meet multiple players on the court and also a chance to shoot on the court during a post game gathering. Most celtic season ticket holders have a chance to do multiple meet and greet or gift packages. I enjoy watching the Celtics and buying their product.

Wow what a place great time

I took my visiting Norwegian relatives to a game at the Garden, and it was a great experience. The Celtics totally blew out the visiting Portland Trailblazers. The lead reached 29 at various points, and even my relatives understood it was a beating and they had never watched professional basketball before. Even though Rondo was suspended and not playing, I felt it was great to see Pierce and Garnett. By the third quarter, a lot of bench players were in (obviously) but it was still enjoyable. I had never been to a live game so I was happy to check that off my sports game experiences list. Our seats, although far away, were good and the price wasn’t bad at all. I think I’d definitely take them to another game!

Ugh the Boston Celtics. Pretty much hate everything about them. Rondo, Paul Pierce, etc. Hate how arrogant the fans are after they brought in Garnett and Ray Allen. (Thank god Ray Allen left for the Miami Heat and pissed them all off) Can’t stand how the fanbase calls where they play «THE GARDEN», all true basketball fans know there is only 1 Garden and it’s in NYC at Madison Square Garden. Hope the Heat beat them down for the next few years and the Chicago Bulls as well.

The Boston Celtics are a ROCKING team! I was in Boston for business, and my colleague and I thought it would be fun to stop in and watch Round 3 of the NBA Playoffs. We were fortunate enough to find a couple of ticket$ from the box office. What a TREAT!
The team is good and they beat the Miami Heat that night! Excellent sportsmanship from the Celtics! I enjoyed watching the team take down LeBron James. I even purchased a «LeBron is a Bitch» shirt from the streets to get into the mood of the game!
The arena is your typical professional basketball /​hockey arena. But the Boston crowds really know how to enjoy sports (Well, most of them, as one of the fans tried to pick a fight with me and my colleague).
From the West Coast — I’m a new fan of this East Coast team! GOOOO Celtics!

The Celtics have been my team since the Second Wave Glory Days of Bird v. Magic. I still have two Celtics shirts that I wear regularly that I’ve owned since I was 8 years old. I’d been trying to think of what business I would review for my 400^th review, and I can’t think of a better one than my Celtics. However, I’m writing this review more for the 2011 playoff team than the franchise as a whole. In particular, game three against the Heat.
I was live tweeting the game (@luketoney), along with I’m sure thousands of others, and I tweeted at the start of the game that the Celtics might be older, but they have something the Heat doesn’t…they’re a better team unit. They proved that point with poise during game three. The Celtics have always been the greatest team in the NBA. The reason for this is that they play team ball. Even their stars are unselfish. While the superstar syndrome of the NBA makes for flashy plays and good highlight reels, there’s no basketball game I’d rather watch than one featuring a team working together as a cohesive unit.
Game three showed everything the Celtics stand for… teamwork, tenacity, fight, defense, selflessness. Rondo was amazing. Unlike Lebron during his tenure with the Cavs, Rondo recognizes playoff opportunities as a time you do not give up. James would have been out for multiple games with a similar injury (and has in the past). He lacks the heart, and that’s why he doesn’t deserve to brute force his way to a ring. The Celtics were ultimately knocked off, but they fought the entire time. Even their losses were too close for Heat comfort. That’s my team. Same as it ever was.

Almost, Almost 2010 Nba Champions.
Had all the momentum going in game 7 but they suffer the ultimate death in the world of sports. A loss in LA to those damned Lakers. Pierce, where were you in the second half. Ray Allen, thanks for nothing. Doing your best John Starks impersonation from 1994 Knicks team. Oh well, too bad for you guys. Regroup for next year.

Sloppy finish on game 7, but they do make for great entertainment. Celtics still rock. Time for some trades?

My Dad loved Larry Bird, D.J., Parrish, McHale, Walton — basically basketball in general. So I grew up loving the sport, and the Celtics. First professional franchise I learned the history about. And it fits. I hate the Lakers — always have, always will.
The greatest NBA franchise.

Wow. Thank you Celtics. Not only were you able to maximize our attention with those two insane 7 game series against the Hawks and Cavs, but you also gave us Games 2, 4, and 6 of the finals, all epic in their own special way.
And it was a full team effort, with everyone from Pierce to Powe to Rondo sharing the spotlight during the playoffs and finals. That team intensity is why the Celtics put it all together with the summer trades.
