Boston Intercom Group did wonderful work for my condo association. It took 2 – 3 weeks to get quotes from other companies for replacement of the telephone entry system in our building, John was able to complete estimates within 24 hours. An unit on a side entrance had been disabled for years because of a wiring issue that other electricians had been unable to identify, Dan, one of the techs repaired the issue promptly. John also provides wonderful customer service, he responded promptly to both emails and telephone calls.

We had a great experience with Boston Intercom Group. John was very easy to communicate with and got quotes to us very quickly and accurately. I had spent 3 weeks waiting for other electricians in Boston to get back to me to set up a date to get a quote and John did it about 24 hours within me calling. The guys who came to do the work were knowledgeable and worked fast. Our intercom system was very old and out of date (in Back Bay) and they were able to replace all the units and get it up and running in all 9 apartments in just a day and a half. Thanks John!
