The perfect place to train Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Wrestling in Boston. Great location, lots of parking available. I used to train at Tapout because the location was convenient. I never got the«team» feeling while training there. People just came and went all day. When JC left and opened Broadway Jiu Jitsu I chose to follow him because his instruction is really the best ive ever experienced. He breaks down all aspects of Jiu Jitsu to the point where it makes soo much sense, there are light bulbs lighting up in your head all night. This is a gym for all levels, whether youre just looking for a great workout or you have aspirations to be a Pro Fighter, this is the place to be. Everyone who instructs actively competes and has won competitions at both Pro and Amateur levels. There are guys and girls of all sizes and ages training here. The atmosphere is extremely team-oriented and everyone is really friendly and helpful, especially if you are new. You dont have to worry about getting punked out when you walk in for the first time. The Facilities are awesome. Its a great environment. The mat area is huge, there are different bags for boxing and muay thai, there are weights to get your swole on in between classes, and a three person sauna in case you really wanna sweat. The bathrooms will make you feel like youre at home. They are also in the middle of doing a huge Graffitti mural one of their walls to give it some life. If youre looking for a gym, you should really look no further, stop by for a class and see for yourself.
