Apparently they have made some improvement by hiring more people which is some that last something this facility really needed good job

At most Burger King locations burgers look fresh, with nice green lettuce and a good-looking patty. Here expect the patty to be thin, almost black, and topped with grey-green limp lettuce. I wish they’d gut this store and start again with new management and cooks who know how to make a simple sandwich.

Stay away from this place. Unsanitary(bathroom filthy, flies, soda bar dirty) food cold. Employees clueless. Girl on the floor look like she was about to pass out and no one called 911. Employees talking on the phone rude. They need to shut this place down. Board of health needs to be involved.

Lady taking the order on the phone taking and taking orders, one guy swearing taking back to his co worker in front of a mom and her little daughter. I will let all the staff go if I was the manager Never expected a location like that, worse place I’ve been to.

The worst ! Your order will not be made correct, they shut the drive thru lights off every night at 8 so everyone will think they are closed so the workers don’t have to work, a buch of Spanish teenagers who can’t speak English… PASS

This is absolutely the worst Burger King location ever! Anyone know the store number so I can report them to corporate? I like Burger King food, but this locations rating is all about their customer service. They don’t have it here. Always long lines, no one knows what they’re doing. The manager who’s been there is quite rude. I don’t know why my boyfriend and I even bother sometimes. We always get jipped. Cooks don’t know what they’re doing. I asked for a receipt one day because the bill was unusually high and the girl at the drive-thru said she didn’t know how and the one standing next to her didn’t know either(Like, c’mon, really?!?) Don’t know how many times we’ve asked for cheese on our sandwiches and we never get. One time at the drive-thru speaker with no one saying ANYTHING. Bf finally gave up and we were going to go inside but that line was ridiculous too. Like I said, I prefer BK over McD’s or Wendys, so that’s why we keep giving it a chance… but seriously something needs to be done at this location.

Went here today for breakfast, at the drive through I went to place an order I was with my son who has a severe allergy to tree nuts and he wanted French toast sticks, never having them before I asked the order taker if there was any allergy information abut them, she responded(attitude) «I don’t know, never had them» I said so there is no allergy information? She replied no we don’t have anything like that. I told her I was all set and going somewhere else. No apology, no willingness to help. I have been here before on a few occasions and they have slow service, my guess is it’s the people that they hire or inept management. Not good for people with allergies.

Start with positive– Wifi worked. That’s the only thing that did. When you have a sign for 50 cent cones, my personal business advice is that you should probably have your ice cream machine turned on. And who has puke underneath the toilet seat in the bathroom at noon on Sunday? What the heck is going on here? Love BK, this one’s very scary…

I love BK but this particular location is not so great. The staff is always very unfriendly and unwelcoming. My friend and I went here last night. Their hours say they’re open until midnight. We get to the drive-thru at 11:40 and the lights are all off. Closed, at least 20 minutes early? Disappointing, BK. We saw girl sweeping/mopping the floor but she just ignored us. Typical.

This burger king is GARBAGE. The management is LOUSY(well say Lousy just to be nice) the food is inconsistent, its BURGERKING, YAKNOW, HAVEITURWAY… RIGHT?!? Wrong! They dont do shit here, good luck if ur going, i wouldnt id rather starve…

At least they have beef, but besides that I wouldn’t get my hopes up. I went there tonight and ordered 3 Dbl Cheeseburgers and wanted a medium fry to pile on top but they were out of fries? what fast food joint runs out of fries that is just crazy. then the drive through attendant went on to tell us how bad the old fries smelt but that they still felt the need to sell them until 10 customers had called back and complained of strange tastes and smells. Their fries are always sadly inconsistent anyway usually cold, hard or just sad and gloomy it needs an immediate upgrade. usually i love love love burger king but not this one.
