Canna Care Docs

I received my original recommendation from the Newbury Street location. I visited the South Boston location once and this year I renewed my recommendation at the Quincy office.
The first issue arose as we walked in. The receptionist was barefoot and high. I was telling him that I needed my recommendation renewed and he kept arguing with me that my card was still valid. Yes, the state card is valid for 3 years as long as you renew it every year and get a new recommendation each year. He argued with me until finally someone else had to come out of another office to explain to him what to do. I also asked for a Maine recommendation which also confused him.
After I was finally checked in we entered the office of another young man. This man did most of my paperwork was also under the influence and also slipped me a business card for his friend a grower. Thanks but wtf?
I saw the doctor who was abrupt, non-​smiling and frankly a bit intimidating, knowing that she had yes or no say in whether or not I received a recommendation (I did).
Fast forward three months to my first time trying to shop at the Brockton dispensary. After a trip for two on the commuter rail, an hour + walk (we got off at the wrong station) mostly along a dangerous highway sometimes with no sidewalks, I arrived. I gave the guard my papers to enter and they said no, you can’t come in, your recommendation expired in July (this was October). I was so flustered and upset. I showed them my original recommendation but it must be in the computer. They told me that I hadn’t done anything wrong and that it was the doctor who messed up.
I was too upset to call Canna Care at that time so I waited until I was home and had calmed down. When I did call the woman I spoke to was abrupt, offered no apologies and treated me as if I was somehow a pain in her butt. Despite using cannabis illegally for 3 months, Canna Care offered no compensation. I figured that they would apologize, offer to do the next renewal for free, something. Instead all I got was treated badly.
If you can possibly swing it I advise going elsewhere. I have heard better things about other places.
Canna Care is like the McDonald’s of pot doctors.

Hey, $ 20 for an ID and I never got it, I kept calling this lady and all she did was okay okay okay, Ten phone calls later three months down the line and I still don’t have my ID but they got my $ 20, now the doctor is legit like I said, but I find that to be very very irresponsible about the ID, they won’t even send my $ 20 back, it means that much to them keep it!!! Remember people do not buy their IDyou won’t get it

I have really bad pain in my knee from numerous surgeries. I went in to see the doctor and he prescribed me medicinal marijuana. These guys are very professional and are a young and prospering company.
