Great experience, good value for applying stain resistance to new furniture and cleaning old upholstery. Showed up same day and found ways to remove old stains. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with this company. The picked up my large oriental and did a great job of cleaning in and returning into its place in my home. The carpet had some issues and they went out of their way to make sure everything was done to satisfaction.

DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY. THEYAREAWFUL. I just joined Unilocal for the sole purpose of reviewing this company because they were so terribly unprofessional and miserable to work with. I booked an appointment to have two armchairs cleaned. The receptionist, who was pleasant enough at the time, hurried me off the phone without taking any information about the type of material of the armchairs or, really any relevant info apart from my name, address and setting a time. The technician showed up for my appointment early — on Saturday at 8am — outside the 9:30−11am window I was ensured he would be there. The technician was very nice but couldn’t seem to figure anything out on his own. He couldn’t find a spot to park large enough for his van, despite there being one right in front of my house. When he came into the house I showed him the armchairs. He looked at his clipboard confused and said that he thought he was cleaning my carpets. Um, no. He looked at it for a few seconds and said there was a problem because the fabric was light in color it would be difficult to clean. He could wet clean it but it was likely to get water marks all over and turn brown or he could dry steam it but said it wouldn’t really do anything and would look exactly the same. If the light color of the fabric was such a concern, why, I asked, was I not asked what color fabric the armchairs were when I made the appointment. He didn’t know. So I called the company and spoke with the same woman that I made the appointment with. I let her know exactly what happened and she became rude, said it wasn’t her problem, and hung up on me. No apology. WHATANUTTERWASTEOFMYTIME. PLEASESAVEYOURSELFTHEHASTLEANDDONOTUSETHEM. I REALLYHOPETHEYGOOUTOFBUSINESS.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Everything began well, but went quickly downhill. I called to ask about getting my vinyl floors stripped and re-waxed. The sales associate was very friendly, and set up an appointment for the next day. They took down my apartment size, the address, the apartment number, and my phone number. At 2:48 pm the next day, which was within the 1 – 3 pm arrival window, the cleaner called my phone. He asked if I lived in apartment. I said yes. He then proceeded to grumble a bit about not having the appropriate equipment, and told me that the management would call me back. Management called quickly afterwards, and told me that they couldn’t make the appointment. They offered me one for five days later instead. No apologies, and no clean floor.
