Loving this place! Dior can’t be beat, with the ultimate signature bag popularized by lady Diana, the lady dior! Adriana who consults here, is an artist herself and quite intuitive with the clients. What a pleasure to meet and speak with her on subjects of art as well. A great Dior spot!

I don’t buy things each time I go into this store but their service was just exceptional regardless!
The security guard always smiled and greeted you at the door as you walked in. I looked at the scarfs first since I wanted to buy one for my mom for her birthday. Some of their scarfs were folded nicely and displayed in the glass shelf. Though I felt very bad asking the associate to take out every single one of them so I could see the pattern, she never gave me a glare/​look/​disrespectful attitude. All she did was smile and held up the scarf so I could take some pictures and send them to my mom. It was also very nice of her that she learned a bit about her customer — asking me where I was from and etc. Finally I got my eyes on this yellow scarf and I thought it would be a great gift for my mom but there was a bit of dirt (some random small black dots) on it. This sale associate Monica told me that I could bring this current scarf home to show my mom while she ordered a new one from another store so when it arrived I could come back for an exchange. In my mind, wow this is perfect because I now could stop taking pictures of the scarfs and sent them to my mom for her to look at! And she could also wear it at home to see if the pattern/​color could match some of her favorite outfits!
I also bought a tote bag and the associates were very patient with me as I was really indecisive with the color I wanted my bag to be. Just like the scarf, I was allowed to bring home a bag to show my boyfriend and if he didn’t like the color, I could come back for an exchange! I think the best part was they mailed me a thank you card later and hoped I enjoyed my bag! This is definitely one of the best shopping experience I have ever had! I gotta come back more often to look at their new products from each season and hopefully bring some home!

The customer service here is exceptional and I love love LOVE Dior, the craftsmanship of handbags is out of this world.

Phenomenal service. Walked in wearing ratty jeans and a sweater, and they treated me like gold. I was served champagne while I decided on a color among the gorgeous Panarea totes. I would recommend this place to anyone! Love this boutique.

Was looking for a rare gift for my girlfriend for Christmas. I wanted her to have a bag that no one else would ever have (virtually). I had previously gotten her a Louis Vuitton Speedy, and while that is classic and timeless, it is also popular. This year was to be different. Upon entering Dior, we came across the saddle bags. After learning some of the history about the bags; their uniqueness and exclusivity, I was sold. The only problem was that the exactly color and model were not available at that particular store. Thankfully, the specialist was able to locate one across the country and had it shipped directly to my office. The specialist keep good contact with me throughout the process and the end result was a timeless, virtually one-​of-​a-​kind piece that will be relevant and stunning forever. Great product, great service.

I came in wearing sweatpants and yet the sales associates were very friendly. I was looking for some guidance for the repair on my Lady Dior clutch and they gave great advice that helped tremendously.
Even the guard was extremely polite & kind. I would definitely return if I were ever interested in more Dior products.
