A year and a half ago, one of their cabs hit me. Everyone who I have spoken to in the company has been extremely rude and difficult and they have dragged on the process while shrouding it with secrecy. I am currently waiting for my settlement for over a month. They have not responded to repeated requests from myself and my lawyer. Difficult and dishonest company.
