Cobb’s Roofing

Joe came out to look at our 3^rd story hip roof which needed to be replaced. His quote seemed to be fair in comparison to the others that we got in addition to his. He started the work when he said he would, and his crew did a great job of keeping things neat and cleaning up when they were done. We were very pleased with how the roof came out. A straightforward guy who did what he said he was going to do, which can be hard to find.

Thumbs up for Cobb Roofing. After a tree fell on our condo back in June, we needed to have some shingles and gutters replaced. We called several roofers, and were lucky to find Joe. He came right away to give us an estimate, which came in under our insurance estimate. It was not the least expensive estimate we received, but I knew Joe was knowledgeable when he noticed damage caused by the tree that our insurance adjuster had missed. He also demonstrated pride in quality work when he noticed bad sealing jobs done by the contractor that originally renovated the building back in 2005, and indicated that he would take care of those too before we started to experience leaks over time. After my first interaction with him I knew we had found the guy.
Joe showed up on time, on the day he said he would be there. He did the work himself (with a partner), quickly and quietly. He even had our new gutter custom made, and when he didn’t like the quality of the shop’s product he insisted it be re-​done before he installed it. The patches on the previous roofer’s bad sealing jobs look great, and I’m no longer worried that our roof will start leaking after the first big snowfall. All of this took about a day and a half. Joe also cleaned everything up – not a single roofing nail or shingle left behind.
Hopefully we will not need any additional roof work done, but if we do, I will definitely call Joe Cobb. Highly recommended.
