I just had someone out from Colonial Pest to give an estimate on a squirrel problem. I cannot yet speak to their ability to get critters out, but their free estimate went way above and beyond what was required. The serviceman knew almost immediately that, given the condition of my house, hiring them would be a sink hole for my money and would not be my best option.
But not only did he not try to sell me a service that he did not think would be fully effective, he remained for another half hour, examined all throughout the inside AND outside of my old Victorian home, and worked out with me what a better plan for my situation would be. (All without charge.)
In short, they were friendly, punctual with their appointment, knowledgeable, and definitely went above and beyond with service. Assuming they treat everyone like this, they’re the folks you want.
