I have been at the same company for 10 years and was really looking for a new start and a new career in something I actually wanted to be doing. The issue for me was that I did not know exactly what or how to get there. That is where Leigh came in. Through our 4 sessions, she helped me pinpoint exactly where I wanted to go and come up with a solid plan to get there. I am the kind of person who really needs to be able to talk things out, ask lots of questions and get solid answers and Leigh was certainly the person to help with all of that and more. Her ability to make me think deeper about my own strengths, ability and interested and parlay those into a career plan was something I had never experienced before. Her guidance was exactly what I needed. I came out of the process feeling accomplished already, which was a far cry from where I started. I feel that working with Leigh sped up my process ten-​fold and I would not be as far along as I am without her. Trying to change careers is difficult, but I now feel I am on the track to doing so. If you want to clarify, solidify and gain great insight and focus into yourself and you career, I definitely recommend working with Leigh.

I am in my late 50s and was in a great (paying + benefits) job but finding myself increasingly unhappy and at the verge of having a bad attitude at work, after 10 years in the position. I’ve known I needed to do something besides feeding that state of mind, and I decided to hit Leigh up. I figured it was an investment in my state of mind, and while it was a humbling experience for me (because I knew I needed to make a change, but wasn’t taking any steps to do so), after the fact, it was exactly the right thing to do. It was also hard for me to admit I could use a little help in the process.
Leigh is patient and thoughtful, and has great strategies. It was actually a bit overwhelming for me to follow through on the steps we discussed during our sessions, and at one point, I wondered what exactly I was doing. Something fell into my lap, the perfect thing for me actually, but I really think if I hadn’t been working through this process with Leigh, I might have missed the opportunity. I made a bold move, and things are working out better than I expected, and I am really, really happy. Leigh and I worked on this 3000 miles apart — we tried Skyping, but my internet connection doesn’t have enough bandwidth, so it all happened over the phone. It was totally worth everything. Do it!

As an entrepreneur, I engaged in a coaching engagement with Leigh in the early stages of launching my new business. It really helped me gain clarity on the many exciting ideas that were running through my head for the business. All in all Leigh helped me develop overall clarity and focus which helped me with the keeping the momentum. going As part of the coaching process, Leigh conducted an assessment on myself and my business partner (The DISC); this really helped us understand more about working together, our individual strengths and talents. This was EXCELLENT for me and my business partner and we continue to refer to it as a means to strengthen our work together. I found Leigh to be a savvy, creative thinker. She under the nature of starting a business which helped her to understand our process. I highly recommend Leigh. It has been such a bonus to have her on our side.
