I actually find this Dunkin’ to be one of the better ones I’ve visited on the East Coast! Even if you come in and the line is long, the team is pretty good about expediting the process. It does make me sad that the employees can’t accept tips. They do an excellent job!

This is one of my favorite DD’s. They’re very fast and conveniently placed. Out in the suburbs the coffee is always better for some reason, but this is the best DD that I’ve tried in Boston so far. They actually listen to what you’re ordering.

The staff here are always friendly in the mornings, they work fast, and I’m impressed to say that I haven’t had a bad coffee there yet. The cream and sugar ratio to coffee as well as the quality of the coffee is something I can rarely find at any Dunks and I’m never disappointed when I go to this one.

No matter how many times I’ve ordered a Carmel latte at this location I’ve never gotten any Carmel in my latte. They don’t listen, they’re rude, and when you try to explain what you want they nod and say oh ok and do what they want any ways.

I only come to Dunkin Donuts for the donuts, but look at the picture of the Boston Kreme I uploaded. I got several of these, and this was the one of the best quality. They were cold and soggy. Enough said. Not that I can really complain about a pastry that costs a dollar each and got pumped out of factory, but seriously how difficult can it be to defrost a donut so that it does not come out looking like Gollum crapped it out?

As a native New Englander, I am born and bred to refuse Starbucks in lieu of Dunkin Donuts. I’ll admit that I’m probably somewhat addicted to them, thanks to their crossaint breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, and their amazing iced tea(which is actually BETTER than the iced tea I make at my own workplace). I don’t usually expect much trouble from DD. Up in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire, they’ve always been gracious. I’ve never had a real problem with them. I’m still amazed at the huge difference between Northern New England and Southern New England. Mainly, the difference in attitudes and politeness. I was aware before that Boston is notorious for having rough, rude folks that live and work in the state capital, but I’m still surprised every time I encounter such a person. Today when I ordered my typical meal, as stated before, I was surprised at the price of my bill. It was nearly a dollar higher than what I usually pay for a breakfast meal at DD. I pointed this out to the manager who informed me that their policy was that hash browns were only 99 cents if you purchased them with a combo meal. At LITERALLYEVERYOTHERDD, they have only charged me 99 cents because they count my sandwich and ICEDTEA as a combo. This lady charged me $ 1.49 for the hash browns and a whopping $ 2.25 for a large iced tea. When I confronted her about the mistake, she immediately went on the defensive. No matter what I told her, «nope, you’re wrong». I guess this was mainly because if she admitted my receipt was wrong, they would have had to give me a full refund and therefore, a free meal. After three minutes of arguing my case, I finally gave up. It was only a dollar. But as a hard working college student with TWO jobs, money isn’t something that I give out easily, especially since I’ve worked in the food service for the past four years. Oh, and that«Seating Limit for 20 Minutes» sign they have over the tables? They really aren’t joking. Even if you’re the one customer in the entire store. Southerners need to learn their manners. Sorry to all of you who DO have them. But I’m jaded. I really can’t stand the attitudes and rudeness from 99% of people who live south of Northern New England.

Like all coffee places, this place is slammed in the morning around 9am. Which, coincidentally, is usually when I want a cup of coffee. Otherwise, this is a totally decent location. Service is great, layout is fine(a bit on the small side, but fine), and they don’t run out of coffee. This location is perfect for the mid-afternoon sugar craving you sometimes get when working in an office in the Leather District.

Love this location cause it’s right across from my job, but I must say they can be pretty slow sometimes. Other than that, my latte/cappuccino/coffee is always on point. Sandwiches are amazing and worth the wait.

As someone who lives on the west coast, I am all too familiar with Dunkin’ Donuts. Not from actually visiting one of their fine establishments, but from watching all those stupid mouth-watering commercials they like to air here in LA. Some of them were so irresistible that it sparked me to go online to Google the closest location. But only to find out the closest location was just a short 1000 miles away. Not too bad, if I start driving now, I’ll be there by… Thursday Morning, YAY!!! How could they taunt me like that? Why would they air commercials in areas where locations are not within driving range? Isn’t this a waste of ad money? Although it might seem that way at first, only my boyfriend could describe to you the horrific squeal of excitement the day I spotted my very first Dunkin’ Donuts. I jumped and twitched and kinda resembled a child with the urgency to go pee, but I didn’t care, there it was Dunkin’ Donuts, within what? That’s right, WALKINGDISTANCES! I could practically hear the Hallelujah chorus as I ran for the door… and finally I touched it, opened it, and there I was, in front of the counter, flooded by the smell of donuts and coffee and a… cashier. A Cashier whom looked me up and down, rolled her eyes, most likely thinking, «Oh GAWD we have another tourist» She then tilted her head to the side and asked me in the most irritated tone what I wanted. Overwhelmed by the menu, I was completely caught off guard, as I wavered back and forth indecisively, I quickly picked the item I remembered seeing in the commercials they played back in LA. The Ice Coffee, yep, that’s what I wanted. She rolled her eyes again and asked me how I wanted it… after realizing that I had no idea what she was talking about, she said, «black, milk or sugar or both.gahhh.hurry up Sweetie, I ain’t got all day yah know!!!» It took me a couple seconds, but I finally got my order going again. Sadly, the coffee tasted as spectacular as the service(McDonald’s serves better ice coffee). Welcome to Dunkin’ Donuts Sweetie!

Slowest Dunkin Donuts ever. Waited 15 minutes and then left. It’s 8:30am on a Wednesday and you’re directly across from South Station with one cashier, one person making coffee, and one person making sandwiches. Hire more people. Updated: I went back and the line was still fairly long. I do think they need more people but the people that do work there were extremely nice and courteous. I believe it’s fairly new so hopefully it continues to improve. I’m just spoiled by going to the Dunkins in Back Bay Station I guess.
