Worst dunkins ever. There’s always only one person working even when its extremely busy which makes no sense. even when you order the simplest drink ever they mess it. how hard is it to make a coffee. they don’t even seem to train there new employees. they should have a rule that you must speak English to work there. a couple of people who work there don’t even know English. plus the worst thing is they are so rude that they don’t even take care of there customers but do whatever they want.

Don’t go to this Dunkin’ if you are in any kind of a rush. There is often only one employee working(even on weekday afternoons, during busy work hours), so you could be second in line and still have to wait several minutes while the one employee takes an order, makes a drink, prepares a hot sandwich, and rings up the one customer in front of you. I’ve learned my lesson and now If I see any kind of line, I just turn around and leave.

If I reviewed every Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to in Boston, I’d be here all week, but this place has given me such awful coffee time and time again that I feel the need to speak out. I walk by this place every day going to and from work, so for a week or so I was going here every morning for my regular wake-up-call. For the first 3 days, the coffee tasted more like water with extra cream. Another time it was burnt beyond repair. By the end of the week, I was so fed up with it all that I swore them off forever, and I am now a very happy patron of the Dunkin’s on Tremont St. But, despite all that, the location is incredibly convenient for all us Beacon Hill folk, and everything else about the place has been okay. I’ve had a few service issues where they completely forgot my order 3 seconds after taking it or just gave me the wrong thing entirely, but it’s always so busy in the morning that I can’t take too many stars off for that.

It’s busy in the morning, but they’re good during off-hours in terms of getting food done quickly/courteously. The hours are a little weird on the weekend considering the fact that it’s close to the State House and Common(it closes at 2PM on the weekends), but it’s convenient when it is open.
