Damn, I was so expecting the worst experience.
Coming to driving age in the early 80’s I saw RMV on the side of this building and started to get those 45 minute waiting line flashbacks.
E Z Pass service Center inside of a dysfunctional institution such as the RMV, I thought I was doomed.
Gorgeous building, fantastic location and friendly people. YES, I said it… Friendly people. Nice people, knowledgable people that wanted to explain things to you and gave you answers, not «go see someone else» answers. I simply went to exchange my window unit for a front license plate unit and they couldn’t have been nicer. In and out in 5 minutes!
Hopefully I never have to come back, these places, (RMV) still gives me the heebie jeebies.

Quick and friendly service… Much better than EB.
One minor mistake, but they were very nice and called me very quickly so they could fix it.
