Express Motors

I called and talked to Jay regarding 2006 Acura TL. I was shopping around for a month and finally found this amazing deal. I had great experience at express motors buying this vehicle. Not only he gave me an excellent deal but also provided me with a carfax and repair history. I told him that the brakes were low so he put new brakes for me.
Overall great customer service. I would definitely recommend it to my wife to purchase a second car from express motors.

Let me tell you how I wasted 2 hours of my life here today.
So they have this wagon advertised for $ 4900, I was super excited. When it gets to the paperwork though I’m told the price is $ 7900 and if I wasn’t financing anything, the price would be lower. WTF I showed them their website with the $ 4900 in bold. The receptionist pulls out a journal and reads some ridiculous amount in Spanish.
The owner then tells me he has to invest a lot of money into getting the car ready and that he’s losing money. I was at this point disgusted and took my application and walked out the door.
I should’ve known they were shady when I asked for a CARFAX & a guy told me that they don’t have them. The owner ran the VIN and gave me a sample report of the car. Nothing with details. Just his assumptions. I’m still shaking my head as I’m writing this.
Oh yeah not to mention the owners landlord came in demanding his rent. Guess business isn’t too good. I wonder if it’s their shady practices. Hmmmmm…
They false advertise online to get you in the door. And have no intentions on giving you the price they advertise for.
No stars. I just couldn’t post this without rating them.
Long story short STAY AWAY!!!
