Fabulous Frocks

I had an amazing experience with Amanda at Fabulous Frocks. I came here with one of my bridesmaids to get an idea of what styles I liked before I shopped with my 3 sisters and mom. Amanda was great at being attentive while still giving you privacy. I tried on 5 dresses before I found the one. I was nervous about buying before having my mom see it, so Amanda let me put it on hold over the weekend and came in early on a Monday morning so my mom and I could come in. I had been really nervous about wedding dress shopping, but Fabulous Frocks made the process not only painless, but fun. The prices are amazing, and she has the store organized by price so you can stay within your budget. I highly recommend it!

I recently bought my dream wedding dress from the Fabulous Frocks Boston location, and I absolutely love it! I setup my appointment with the store owner, Amanda and she was absolutely amazing to work with! She scheduled a private 1 hour appointment for us, so my bridesmaids and I could have the shop to ourselves; which made for a really nice experience.
Amanda was extremely consultative and helpful in pulling different styles for me to try on as well as helping me get in and out of each dress quickly to maximize the time. She also went above and beyond by contacting a local tailor to have them come in and see if a major alternation could be done before purchasing my dress. My dress was made by a special California designer, and honestly, the price was right!
All in all, I couldn’t be happier with my choice as well as the service I received throughout my experience. I would highly recommend Fabulous Frocks for your wedding dress!

I found my dress at Fabulous Frocks! I had an absolutely fantastic experience here.
First off, the selection of dresses is BEAUTIFUL, well-​organized and offers plenty of variety in styles. I knew the type of dress that I wanted, but it was helpful to try on other styles (mermaid, trumpet, straight) since you never know what may end up looking good on you! There is also a lovely selection of bridal veils, belts and accessories here which I tried on with a few gowns. That really helps you envision your look for the big day.
Second, the boutique has a very luxurious and one-​on-​one feel. You and your party have the entire salon to yourselves for the entire appointment. There is none of that rushed and crowded feeling you get with bridal outlet stores (where the train of your gown literally gets trampled by other women as you make your way to the mirror)! Fabulous Frocks has a private, spacious dressing room and a platform and mirror in a beautiful lounge area for your friends/​family to see you in your dresses.
Lastly, and I think this is what made the experience so relaxing and fun, was Amanda, the owner of the boutique! She put me at ease, allowed me to take the time I needed, and knew exactly what she was doing when it came to helping me into the dresses. I think I tried on like 15+ dresses during my appointment and I never felt rushed!
Basically, I feel like Fabulous Frocks has the best of both worlds – gorgeous wedding dresses (great brand name designers) at prices that cannot be beat while allowing you a personalized and wonderful experience. Finding your wedding dress should be exactly that, a special experience! I definitely got that here.

Being newly engaged, I was so excited to begin wedding planning, but nervous for wedding dress shopping. I had no idea how to begin to find the perfect dress for this once in a life time occasion. Just like every other bride, I wanted my dress to be «perfect,» but to be honest, I didn’t even know what perfect was. Fabulous Frocks is a hidden gem that I found one weekend. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be the perfect place. Amanda is absolutely amazing! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and sweet, but she makes you feel completely welcomed and comfortable. She knew more about the type of dress I was looking for than I did. It turned out that the first dress she picked out, was the one I ended up falling in love with. To be honest, it scared me that I had found my dress so quickly. I decided to continue looking around since I had over a year until my wedding. After going to 4 other stores and trying on 20+ other dresses, I knew I had to go back to Fabulous Frocks. In all of the stores I went to, no one was as helpful or as caring as Amanda was. All the other dresses I tried on didn’t even begin to come close to what I felt when I tried on the first dress. I immediately contacted Amanda again and within a few minutes, she set up another appointment for me. A little untraditional, my fiancé joined me and together we re-​experienced all of the same emotions we felt the first time I tried on the dress. Not only was this experience the best I have ever had, but I felt like a complete princess. I would suggest this place to anyone who wants one-​on-​one attention, someone who truly listens to what you want, and is dedicated to finding a dress that is absolutely perfect and unique to your style. I will highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family members in the future!

Wow! Thought I had found my dress at Vows, but then called and made an appointment to come here as my last chance to change my mind. Not only did they accommodate us by opening early (8:30am on a Saturday), but the store was amazing! Amanda was very charming and professional. My mother, sister, and I had a fabulous time looking through the racks of beautiful, discounted, bridal gowns. The whole store had a very luxe feel to it. THANK GOODNESS that we did come into Fabulous Frocks because I found my absolute dream wedding dress and it was even cheaper than the one I liked at Vows. I got a gorgeous designer dress for an unbelievable price with very minimal need for altering. I could not be happier. Thank you Amanda and Fabulous Frocks! I’ll be sending my sisters and friends your way when it’s their turn to play dress up! :)
