This place is great. Rick was very professional and skilled. I have gotten many massages in Boston, but Rick out passed all of them. I highly recommend him. Rick is affordable and has great hands. You won’t regret it.

I went in for a facial massage and I really felt a difference by the time I left. Rick genuinely cares for you in how he asks about your background to see how he can better customize the experience for you. He constantly asks for feedback to see if he is applying the right amount of pressure, at the right location, etc. I also booked the appointment by phone an hour before, so he is very accommodating. The ongoing discount he has for students is very affordable, I definitely plan on coming back.

I agree with the two previous posts. But I’ll add something else: I’ve seen Rick Frank on and off for over 15 years. When I first saw him, I had been trying to relieve horrible sciatica for about 18 month. It had been diagnosed as a lower back problem. Rick said: if my treatment doesn’t help in 2 sessions, you need to go back to the orthopedist. It didn’t, and I went back to the docs – this was in the heyday of managed care and I had been blocked from seeing an orthopedist – and finally learned that I needed a hip replacement. By the time I initially sought Rick’s help, I’d seen an Alexander Technique practitioner and a chiropractor – both of whom I now think were quaks. Rick is not only a great message therapist, but he’s an honest person who doesn’t want to take your money if he isn’t helping you., Thanks, Ric

Rick Frank is the only person I have ever been to for massage — there is no need to go elsewhere! He listens to what you have to say, and where it is that you are hurt, or your concerns about work/​exercise and the toll it is taking on your body and manages to pinpoint places on your body to fix you up and make you feel like a million dollars.
Rick specializes in craniosacral, lymph drainage, and energy therapies. He has one of the most calming/​relaxing offices I have ever been to. His prices are definately reasonable — for the quality of work and expertise. He himself is one of the nicest people I have met — my family goes to him religiously. (Though I am kind of biased because his sister used to babysit me when I was little, and my mum went to high school with him…) Basically, he is amazingly helpful and there isn’t a good reason to pass up getting an appointment with him.
