Fresh & Clean Cleanings

Sent email 2 weeks prior to set up a move out cleaning based on a special they were offering. Received a confirmation email with no invoice. Day of service, called to get no response and no one showed up at appointed time. Luckily there was no payment in advance. Very poor business practice and customer service.

If I could give it a ½ of a star I would for just showing up but that too was delayed by an hour and 45 minutes without explanation. I have a very clean home and am a frequent purchaser of cleaning vouchers. I rely on a certain company when I know I want a «Fabulous Job» done but sometimes they are a little steep so I thought I would try Fresh and Clean; WRONG!
A cup and 1 cereal bowl were in my sink, I returned that day to find same cereal bowl and cup in the same sink not cleaned? I had trash bags that needed to be emptied in both the bathrooms and kitchens, not a one was emptied. It appeared to me that absolutely nothing got done. What I did have was a sticky floor with someone’s half footprint left and couldn’t even smell if a product, any product was used.
Spoke to the owner and she informed me «they are not a maid service but a cleaning company» and that is great. I asked her if that were the case could she please then tell me what was cleaned? She tried to blame the «confusion» on my not being home, although unknown to her, my son was home and text me the minute they came in. An hour and a half later. Would rather clean my own then ever use someone like this! Never again~~~
