It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone at Garrison. Their phone line does not have a secretary to route your call based on your needs, so you have to know the party’s extension before you call. There is no contact information on my monthly billing statement, and they do not offer electronic automatic billing. When I was trying to get information about the parking spots within the building, they took weeks to get back to me because the woman in charge of my condominium was on vacation and no one took over her responsibilities during that time. The one bright spot for Garrison is the building manager that they hire for my building, who is extremely helpful and responsive; he even gives out his cell phone number for emergencies. He has helped me on numerous occasions when I lost my mail key and when I was receiving time-sensitive packages during the workday. Overall, for the price of the HOA fee, I expect much more effective management.
