Cassie is absolutely wonderful! She takes the time to figure out what you want while also giving her advice. While she was cutting my hair, she was giving me advice for how I should be taking care of it and which products would be best. She’s educated, caring, and an overall fabulous person!

Got my hair done by Cassie, and she’s wonderful! Very pleasant and fun. She knew exactly what to do with my hair and how to make it look amazing. I got a cut and curl, and even decided to treat myself to some good Matrix shampoo and conditioner. I’ll definitely be coming back for another cut!

Seriously, girl here is amazing! She actually takes the time to make sure that if you have a short cut, it won’t grow out into a look that… just isn’t even a look.
I don’t need to go on here forever, but you will blink and miss this salon (its an upstairs location on Comm. Ave) but you need to get in here if you haven’t found your stylist in Boston yet! So happy other reviewers gave such high stars — I never would have found her otherwise!

What a PRETTY salon! It’s so bright and well decorated and the staff is really nice. I’ve never professionally dyed my hair before and they were super understanding that the process was new to me. Cassey did my hair and she is the nicest! I’ll definitely go back when my greys poke through again.

First off let me say that I have very thick, heavy Hispanic hair and I’m always a little uneasy about trying new salons. Especially in a city like Boston that is full of them. But I saw all the positive reviews in here for Gloss and found their prices to be VERY agreeable so I figured what the hell.
I got a cut and a blow dry with Cassey and she is very friendly and knows what the hell she’s doing! She didn’t overwhelm my hair with product which a lot of stylists do to tame my mane. Thanks to her my hair feels and looks completely fabulous! I look forward to coming here for future cuts, colors and any other hair essentials I might be needing.

Cassey is a real talent. She is a true professional and knows what she’s doing. I’ve gone to her for color, cut, conditioning treatment, and blowouts. She does highlights beautifully and as a bonus, she does not kill your hair in the process. As a person who has been getting regular blowouts and color for years, my hair tends to get damaged. A lot of stylists have processed my hair to within an inch of it’s life. But when Cassey does my color and blowdry, my hair always feels healthy and shiny. She is really, really good. She uses great products and the salon is clean and comfortable. Also if you want to go tanning or spray tanning they have that too. The people here are very nice, and I look forward to coming back soon!

I decided to try Gloss Salon on a whim (after reading all of the positive reviews). Good decision. Everything about this experience was fantastic. I was able to easily make my appointment on a weekend. Pricing for a cut and keratin blowout was reasonable to begin with, and then the quality of service ended up exceeding my expectations. My hair looks and feels infinitely healthier than before. I will definitely be returning!

I love this place. Cassey is so knowledgeable and works wonders on damaged hair. There is not a better place in Boston for blowouts (and I have tried them all) They are always quick, never damage your hair, and look perfect. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing Cassey transformed my hair from damaged/distressed to soft and thick. I previously had highlighted my hair and the person left the bleach on too long. It was horrific in my two visits since she has transformed my hair back to almost it’s original state. The anti damage formula she uses is amazing I got a full foil and my hair was SOFTER than before. The chairs are so relaxing and they have complimentary tea/coffee. First hair dresser where I don’t have to stress out about the results I know the end result is always beautiful. Amazingly talented I highly recommend Cassey and a bonus you can also beat the winter and tan before you get your hair done.

Love this place! All girls are super nice here and talented. A very clean place I must say… and they have tanning! That’s a plus ;) Cassey did my hair and she gave me a transformation, loved it. You defiantly have to check this place out.
