Hatch Fenway

At the entrance, a brilliant pink-​purple neon sign welcomes you to Hatch. After that, well, it’s more or less a blank canvas.
Granted I’ve only been for discussions and presentations, which aptly assemble folding chairs to face a new projection setup, while 6-​foot collapsible tables suspend doughnuts and coffee for the hungry throngs, but a spontaneously evolving space should be agile. And furnishings mean a lack thereof.
So we look at the minimal permanent fixtures: a bubble hockey table (natch), a ping pong table (natch), quirky seating including bean bags and those web-​like suspension chairs (natch), a swingset…
A SWINGSET?!
You got it, mang. What promises to be the ultimate in social media fodder spans the length of the room, harkening back to playground antics while throwing forward to team photos with gumption.
