Higs Tickets

I’ve relied on Higs Tickets to get me access to several events over the past few months (Pacquo v Mayweather fight, U2 and AC/​DC). Excellent experience from start to finish. Price was right for each event, communication about ticket delivery was thorough and I had no issues when I arrived at each event, especially Pacquo fight in Vegas! Service is top notch because the staff is local, knowledgeable and just overall awesome. Higs is my go to when for any and all events!

Bought NCAA Championship game tickets this past weekend online. Transaction was smooth and price was great. I needed to pick up tickets on game day. Instructions were clear and accurate. I arrived to find they had actually upgraded my tickets… significantly! My son and I had a great time enhanced by Higs Tickets. A pleasant surprise… I highly recommend! Thanks again Higs!

I purchased three tickets for a great price to a recent Bruins game. The website is outdated and I couldn’t find any recent reviews, but their active social media presence was reassuring. I bought the tickets about 24 hours in advance, and during the checkout process I was asked where I wanted to pick them up. I live near Fenway and that’s where we were having dinner before the game, so I selected the Baseball Tavern location — so convenient!
Well, it turned out that they only do ticket pickup at Baseball Tavern for Red Sox games. I mean, it makes sense, but then it shouldn’t be an option when you purchase tickets to other sporting events. We showed up to Baseball Tavern around 5 — it was practically empty. We followed the Higs Tickets signs to the lower level, and saw the ticket counter, but it was boarded up. I immediately called, waited on hold for a few minutes, and was told all tickets were at the Causeway Street location. I asked why Baseball Tavern was an option, and the woman didn’t know but said she would let Jim (I think?) know. I wasn’t totally convinced my tickets were where she said they would be, so we kinda rushed through dinner and headed to the Garden.
The Causeway Street location is across the street from the Garden, right next to Harp. It is within a Dunkin Donuts — which I was not expecting — but I actually liked this setup. I felt safer as it was well-​trafficked and brightly lit inside the DD. I showed my license and got my three tickets — all correct — and a receipt.
The seats were great. Balcony level but a lower row, directly behind where the Bruins shoot twice, and on the aisle. Overall, I was very happy with the tickets and aside from the pickup location confusion, happy with the whole process as well. I’ll certainly check out Higs’ inventory before the big re-​ticketing companies in the future.

I purchased 4 tickets for the Disney on Ice Show at TDGarden for 12÷20÷12. Granted I ordered them late and paid a fortune for them but I was entirely happy with the process and the seats. The problem I’m encountering is the annoying telemarketing calls I’m receiving because of this purchase! The number 866−379−−2003 has called me four times to confirm my receipt of the tickets. Obviously, it being 2 weeks later, if I hadn’t received the tickets I think I would have inquired before now. The telemarketer goes on to offer me a special «thank you» bonus gift card to Walmart with the purchase of something. I’ve asked them to stop calling to no avail. Like I said my experience with getting the tickets and the seat selection were great but clearly not worth the harassing phone calls… done with Higs Tickets thank you

THIS GUY’S A RIP OFF. THE SLEAZIEST IN THE CITY.
I bougfht my tickets from Bostonian Tickets… going to take my girl friend to a concert. They assurred me three times I could pick up the tickets near the venue (Orpheum Theatre downtown) any time during the day up to 8pm the day of the show. They told me to call Higs Tickets. When I called Higs Tickets they said too bad we only have one pick up spot a Dunkin donuts in North Station. I explained what the Bostomian folks assured me that they had a pick up spot near the Orpheum and they could have cared less.
Next, I get a call from the owner or manager of Higs Tickets on Saturday saying he is waiting on JUST me and wants me to drive (deep western Burbs) into the dunkin Donuts North Station and pick up my tickets ASAP… I explain to him that the Bostonian people said I could come in anytime… and he said that is the case but today is not not the case and he is waiting on me… I said you cant expect me to drop every thing because you only have one person to do business with… He gets testy and starts to give me a bad attitute. He ends by saying he will be there.
I think about it and arrange to leave an hour early to help the man out… I call him and say I can make it by 5 30… he starts in with the attitude and then I say look I called you back to try and be nice and help you out. He then says OK I will be there. Make a long story short I get in there… NO SHOW… call the guy no answer voice mail full… call emergenct number… no answer voice mail full… OK then call Bostonian Tickets… no answer when get through voice mail box full… we make the trek in to Boston to catch a show… the guy stiffs us Bostonian stiffs us. Long Story shorter… so get stood up and we payed 194.14 for two tickest valued at 90.00 face value… never got them… but got used and abused buy some cheap hucksters Bostonian Tickets and Higs Tickets… sleaze bag oranizations.
The attitude of the guy from Higs Ticket is just a ego centric flim flam man… who doesnt understand anything about putting the customer first… it was all about him and his day and he didnt want to waste a day waiting to give me tickets I bought… DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH BOSTONIAN OR HIGS USE TICKET MASTER whcih is what I should have done… live and learn.

I purchased 2 tickets on the same day of the Celtics game. Happy with the whole process. I paid online and picked up the tickets, which are available 2 hours from the start time. They’re located inside the Dunkin Donuts on Causeway Street, a short walk from the garden. They had my tickets waiting for me in an envelope. Many seats available all below face value. I Will Definitely look here first to buy tickets.

Friendly., honest, with good prices + dependable!

These guys are very fair yes you pay more than face value but you know that when you walk in the door. They’re lower than ACE, Stub Hub, and other dealers I’ve dealt with they also don’t charge those stupid «handling fees» that other dealers charge when you pick your tickets up. I always go to Higs for my tickets and am always very pleased with the price and location of the seat.
