Absolutely outstanding! Jim, the owner, is old-school honest, fair, and great in all he does. This includes his technical knowledge– he’s smart as can be and knows what he’s talking about; and also his accessibility (he was available throughout the big job we had done, which was to convert from oil to gas and install a new heating system). He and his guys were terrific every step of the way. He explains things in clear ways (no B.S.) and he’s not trying to oversell. His prices were fair for the job he did. I had a few companies do an estimate as it was a big job and JM Mechanical was best of ‘em, not only on price, but on talking through the options and what was needed. Thank you JM Mechanical!
