Jason Highland is fantastic. I just recently moved into my new place and I couldn’t have been happier with the thoughtful service he provided. He was able to make my small budget work and I got a place right in the area I wanted.
By using his connections, I was able to save on closing costs and an electrician. Nearly every part of the buying process went smoothly… the only hiccup was on my end (I cannot properly stress how much I hate the bank Capital One 360). When things did get silly, Jason kept his cool and helped me figure things out.
The last thing I’ll say about Jason is that a few days after I moved in Jason called to check up on me and see if everything was ok. He got his payday from the sale, but didn’t just move on – he took the time and thought to make sure I didn’t need any more help from him AND he made certain that I knew if something did come up, I could contact him.
I would recommend him to friends and family and I will use him again if the need ever arises.

After a recent debacle using another realtor, Jason was referred to me by a good friend. I met Jason at Starbucks and knew within the first 10 minutes that he was going to be great to work with. Jason is diligent, persistent and really listens to your needs. He helped me to narrow my focus and not be all over the map in finding a place.
Once I found a place, Jason’s ability to organize and get everyone involved to coordinate their efforts was incredible. He is serious about his career and it shows.
Jason is as good as it gets when it comes to realtors. He is the best and I will not hesitate to call on him again when the time is right.
