These guys are very unprofessional. They never drew up a contract despite the fact the job was for more than $ 1000 (which they are legally obligated to do). They tried to bill me for work they had not completed and prior to inspection. Then they sent me a letter demanding the money and pretended it was from a lawyer. They eventually took me to small claims court and of course they were not awarded money for the work they did not complete. I called an inspector myself to get the final inspection on the work they did actually finish, and it failed to pass. Your basic nightmare.

I’ve used JMC Electrical personally and have also recommended them to professional colleagues and clients who have all given rave reviews. Dealing with Jeff the owner directly, I’ve found him to be quick to respond to inquiries, personable, punctual, and best of all, his rates are reasonable with initial estimates that have proven to be dead-​on. Being in real estate, JMC is exactly the type of contractor who I enjoy being able to recommend because not only do I know that they’ll do a great job, but that performance will enhance my reputation as a go-​to guy as well. Keep up the top-​shelf work!
