Expensive and poor customer service.
First off, the owner was extremely rude over the phone and threatened to hang up on me and if that’s not unprofessional, wait until you hear this one. There was the problem of somebody putting diesel oil in the gas tank, guess what that cost me? $ 400. Next day, I recieved a call saying they needed to completely drain out the diesel oil. «An extra $ 500». They think I am uneducated about cars and tried to rip me off. My brother called back and the man on the other line gave him attitude. After that, he decided to charge only an extra $ 200, not $ 500. Goes to show you that they were not honest from the beginning. All yours to decide whether or not you wanna get ripped off. Overall, All they care about is your money, not you.

Be warned… Don’t let the smile fool you. They are crooks, They will charge you for things without any warning or notice. They will make it seem it will be free of charge after the «job» is done they will bring on the extra charges. Very dishonest, don’t trust them. I took my car there so they could tell me how much a bearing replacement cost, I had an idea how much it would cost for the labor and parts since i had done my research and got a free quote from more than seven different mechanics including dealers. When I got there for the quote, they put my car in the lift, which I was surprised, usually they just tell you how it would cost to fix or tell you about the charges to hoist the car, but instead I told to wait in the waiting room, after 30min they came with story about a hard and complicated it was and needed to bring in tools from elsewhere to repair it, which was bullshit, I already knew how easier it was to fix comparing to other cars, and their price on parts was more expensive than the genuine parts from three different dealerships I had called, and to make matters worse, they wanted to charge me $ 50 for lifting the car and tell me about the problem. They gave me the impression that it wouldn’t be any charge, they never told me about the charges upfront like some mechanics did. When I asked why wasn’t I told about this charge, his excuse was, he forgot. Save your Money, Save your Time, Go Elsewhere.

This is the best car repair shop in the city. I’ve been a customer since 2011 and every time I’ve been it has been a awesome experience. I had shocks & struts, brake pads & rotors replaced, exhaust repairs, sway bars & bushings replacement in my ’03 and ’08 Jettas.
Salvador, the owner is very professional and will work out a deal with you depending on your financial situation. Pololo is the other Mechanic who has worked on my cars and he is a great mechanic.
All jobs have a warranty and you can come back if there is something wrong with the repair (I never had to do that though)
I would recommend this shop if you don’t want to pay dealership prices for repairs that you cannot do yourself.

Replaced my serpentine belt and crank shaft censor, same day as problem. Reasonable pricing. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend Kery’s Auto!

If I could give no stars, I would. To make a long story short, the place is run by a group of what I like to call «scumbags» who would rather rip people off once than have loyal, returning customers. They fixed my car in 2 hours (so they say, probably took 10 minutes) and charged me $ 270 just for labor (I had a loose ground wire). They told me I had a one year warranty, and when my car had the same issue 2 DAYS LATER, they did not hold up their end of the bargain and they would not fix my car unless I paid more money. Unless you are rich and like being ripped off, I would seriously avoid this place.
This place basically had me by the balls since they were the only place open on a Saturday, and they completely took advantage of my situation and overcharged me because they knew I had no other options. I always wonder how people like this are able to sleep at night.

came here for MA inspection on a Monday. It was after work, the service was prompt and no issues were had.
Was in and out, and got my new sticker.

Been to Kery’s twice.
First — fixed a leak in the gas tank. Overcharged, but give a pass for promt service.
Second — Oil change on new car. Ok, dropped it off in the morning, told them to call me before changing the oil. Never got a call. Went back after work, charged me $ 50, even though they told me it would be $ 40. They used synthetic oil, and put 5w-​30 instead of 5w-​20. WOuldn’t fix the problem, and told me to leave.
Plenty of other places to go in the area. Will not return.

I can’t in good faith come back. I went here per the suggestion of my Unilocalers and was beat out of $ 370 dollars for an alternator that they told me I needed. I was desperate to get to a mechanic before Monday, and seeing all the good reviews made me give this place a try. It was actually a dead battery that needed to be replaced. They pretty much pushed me out of the door because they were closing. I was stranded with an immobile car with an expired sticker, and I had no alternative but to call AAA for a new battery for $ 128. I am not car literate at all, so I ran the risk of this happening. As this is a casualty of the honest mechanic search, I write this off as a lesson learned.

Kery and his team just fixed my Civic and so far, I’m very pleased with the job he did.
I had a bunch of issues that stemmed from a bad oil leak, and I went to two other places to get it checked out first. They were going to charge me a fortune and I had a feeling they weren’t telling me the whole story.
Then I found Kery’s. He conducts himself very professionally and his prices were very reasonable (saved about $ 300 vs the other shops). He’s also right by the Andrew Sq T station so it’s easy to get back home if you live in the city.

These guys are awesome. I live down the street from Kery’s and when the door locks on my old Camry started acting strange, I decided to give them a try-​they were so honest with me and found me the cheapest parts and offered low labor for an intensive electrical job. They also called me every step of the way to let me know what they’d found and what my options were.
However, I decided not to put more money into the old car, they completely understood, put it back together no charge. When I went to get it, turns out they played around with it a little anyways and actually fixed it for me! Since he wasn’t sure how long the fix would last, he again, didn’t charge me.
I will recommend these guys for any car troubles! Completely honest with your best interest in mind. so glad I’ve stumbled upon them!!!

I have used Kery’s services to change my oil twice and inspection. Both experiences was very pleasant and time conserving. Friendly staff made my experience much better. I was in-​out in no time. I have also referred him to few friends for a friendly good service. Keep up the good work Kery!

I live up the street from this new auto services shop, so I’ve had the opportunity to see them in action from the beginning. When it was time to get some work done on my car, I stopped by — and the estimate they gave me was ½ of the dealer’s estimate. The work was done within a few hours, and they called to update me half-​way through. I’ve been back a few times since — for everything from an oil change to new tires to body work — and have also referred several friends, all of whom have had positive experiences.
The shop is spotless, and the owner is a great guy — very professional and friendly. They’re also walking distance to the Andrew Square T stop.
