Total jerk take almost takes two hours up the street less than a mile finally had to call and complain to be answered by hello who’s this in an aggressive manner after being put on hold as they take more calls. Then as I introduce myself as the person who just waited almost two hours for a pizza but it’s cold with an attempt to argue only person that apologized was the employee who answered the phone and that not the manager unprofessional discourteous and low quality never order from there

OK, I haven’t tried the pizza, which everyone raves about. But otherwise, really bad experience. I ordered on Grub Hub– be aware: THEYDON’T READORDERINSTRUCTIONS! Asked for no onions, came with onions; Asked for olives on side, olives came on; Asked for medium rare steak, came well done; Paid extra for sweet potato fries, they we out but charged anyway(without saying a thing!) and gave me a hard time when I asked to be refunded. The kicker was when I called to complain about the roll-up. I had a guest who hates onions so the entire thing was totally inedible to her. The manager rudely asked me, «What do you think I should do?» and when I told him he should send another, he told me it would take twice as long as the original order and that I would be required to «give back the roll-up»(uh, gladly!) Who does that? I will say that the delivery guy at least knew what was up — he apologized for the mix-up and said, «You’ve got to be kidding me– he wanted you to give me back the original?». The whole experience stunk.

The food is delicious. It’s your typical pizza shop but with guys that actually make good food! And the staff is really nice too.
