Lashes By Chy

I got my lashes done a few days ago and Chy really was great! Great energy as a person, super positive and appeared to be very detail oriented. I absolutely LOVED the way my lashes looked when I left Chy’s and I would do anything to have my lashes look like that all the time. Unfortunately although it’s been only 4 days since I got my lashes done, half of them are gone. I noticed a bunch falling out the day after at which point I contacted Chy & her assistant and they did get back to me right away, but there was no effort made to maybe rectify the issue or even ask me any questions — I was simply told the eyelashes had settled. The last message I left was to let Chy know that my right eye was missing about half the lashes she had put in and only my own lashes were there for half the lid, which couldn’t possibly be the lashes «settling» or what’s supposed to happen after 4 days — no one ever got back to me and I can’t exactly say I’m happy with my lashes. I have never gotten fake lashes before, but I know a few people that have them and they said they haven’t had issues like this in their experience — I paid a total of $ 300 with the tip and it just feels like I may have wasted my money for a fix even more temporary than I originally knew. I’m currently trying to decide whether I’m going to give Chy another try and just get a lot more eyelashes put in or if I’m going to try a new place all together. It’s possible that if I got more lashes, I wouldn’t be having this issue, but to lose 50% of what you paid $ 300 for in just 4 days seems a little extreme to me.

WOW, Chy is unbelievable! Out of town on business, I walked into the salon without an appointment hoping to get my lashes done for a reception that night. Chy, who was not in the office when I walked in, drove in to accommodate me without notice. Not only was everyone in the salon extremely nice and welcoming, Chy was SO personable and kind! She started with a consultation to find out what exactly I wanted and within an hour I had the most amazing lashes ever. They are perfect! If only I could take Chy’s lash talent back to Seattle!!!

I’m getting married in August and decided to try eyelash extensions before the big day. I had my eyelash extensions applied by Chy a little over 2 weeks ago and they still look great! I’m so happy that I went with her to do my lashes. I’m asian and have short fine lashes. She carefully put on each eyelash and the results were great. They look very natural which is what I wanted. I didn’t want to over do it because I work in an office. I used to wear eyeliner and mascara every day, but now don’t need to with my eyelash extensions. I’m looking forward to getting them done again in a few weeks for my wedding!
Chy is located downstairs of the Park Plaza Hotel. She has a nice little room in the back of a salon, which was very private. Chy was very friendly and I highly recommend her work!

Wow is an understatement! I walked out looking glamorous and feeling confident. After having my lashes done somewhere else I was hesitant to try again, but Chy is an expert! Not only did she take the time to fully understand the look I wanted to achieve, but she customized the lash color to best suit my hair and natural coloring. The process was incredibly easy and there were no fumes or irritation, which I dealt with from another provider. Chy is an amazing professional who is focused on her clients and enhancing their beauty! A+ experience and customer service!
