THE WORST customer service of all time. We received a voucher from our friend who was getting married at the Marriott on a Saturday so we could park. They refused to take the voucher on Sunday because we did not use the wedding voucher during the reception (since it expired at midnight somehow)??? And the guys refused to be reasonable. DO NOT park here.
The good part is that the Marriott helped us out and comped it all. Terrible experience.

Located around the corner from Lucca Back Bay, with the entrance/​exit located on the two way Garrison Street is a garage that, at $ 8 (Sun — Thurs, or $ 10 on Friday evenings or all day Saturday or Sunday), is cheaper than the $ 12 at the Pru (daily) with validation (with a purchase of $ 10) on evenings entering after 5pm.
Odd thing though, when we tried to pay the staff that we spotted in the box on the first level with cash, we were directed to pay by credit card at the electronic gate. So, I’m not sure how or where to go if you want to pay in cash.

Looking for Saturday evening parking, I eyeballed in this garage’s directions on my way towards my destination. Looks like evening parking is now $ 12.
Nope, I’m going to Dartmouth Street.
