Maids Express

The only reason for the second star is because the maid that cleaned our place –geraldina I think– did an absolutely amazing job. My house mind you isn’t that messy but there are just certain things I will not get on my knees for. Toliets and bathtubs oh my.
So, right there is the positive. The negative is that I was looking for a semi regular maid. When I called –there wasn’t any calls from the company to even ask how it went knowing it was my first time. Other companies always at least check in– to make the next appointment I had to ask how everything went. I had not been home while she was there and had left a guesstimate check hoping it would be enough. I assumed it was because it was cashed perfectly fine. We’ll I made my next appointment but unfortunately had to cancel due to a crazy work schedule. It was a bit of phone tag and he called me back once. I had said I would like to reschedule for the next friday and to let me know if that was possible. I called back 3 times after that, each time leaving a voice mail, and heard absolutely nothing back. I didn’t know cancelling an appointment gave me a black mark to where I would get horrible customer service. I don’t feel comfortable giving someone a copy of my key so they can get in on their own which was one of the options.
Needless to say if you actually get a call back from him the maid is wonderful. Though they do not do windows. The customer service is very lacking to the point that I guess the express part is the customer service. They do it so quick you don’t even know it happened.
I’ve since found a new company –my knees rejoiced at that– and will stay with the new one for quite some time.

I just signed up with Maids Express to get some extra help around the house and they do a fantastic job! The service is great, highly recommended.
