I had my gums grafted by this man. Grafting is expensive and unpleasant, and I had gone through it once before, so I wanted someone good even if I paid extra. Originally I was impressed with his credentials. The office technology and staff were good, but very marketing/​sales oriented. I knowingly paid a premium for the service I received thinking it would be the best. My graft came loose while he was away on vacation and there was no one else to fix the issue before it healed with a bump on my gum. Another tooth was filed down for cosmetic reasons and has been sensitive ever since. They seemed reassuring it would be okay, go away, or they were willing to redo the work, but I couldn’t bear the thought at that time and decided to live with it. 2 years later, the icing on the cake is that I just learned they have held onto a credit of $ 1300 in their office I was entitled to from my insurance company. They never reimbursed me, or informed me. If I hadn’t called to inquire about the prices for potential future work, I never would have known. I am horrified.
