Gary Multer from MulteX is my landlord for my apartment on Massachusetts Ave, and it has been a great experience. My last apartment I had a management company with no set person to contact if there were issues. With Gary, I always know I can reach out directly to him and he will have a quick response. Any issues that we have had have generally been resolved within 24 hours, or at least starting to be resolved. They keep the hallways and stairways very clean — they are vacuumed every few weeks it seems. Overall, I have enjoyed have MulteX and Gary as the landlord of our apartment, and I know my roommates would agree.
