Great experience! I was in the Chanel section and was dealing with an associate named Andy who was PHENOMENAL! He was so helpful and patient. Much better sales associate than those working at the Chanel on newbury.

Had makeup done two nights in a row last weekend by Diana and she is FABULOUS! So knowledgable and I have some awesome new products because of her :) Ann was great in coordinating all the people in our group. High level of service, absolutely will come back !

Al Incollingo is a great specialist. Always caring and attentive, when shopping, browsing, or when cutting through, Al is always pleasant to interact with. Most recently, Al made my last Moncler purchase a dream, managed with care and ease; I could not be more satisfied.

Nothing but exceptional service here. The customer service at NM copley is WAY better than Barney’s and Saks which isn’t too far of a walk!
Gordon in Women’s Shoes, I allways go to Gordon in shoes for my needs, he was able to find me two pairs of Chanel Espadrille’s last summer, my mom and I were very happy about this! He has sold numerous pair of shoes to my mom and I, his service has always been great!
Esther & Jacob in the Chanel Boutique are AMAZING sales associates. Esther & Jacob sold me my first Chanel WOC they were a great team and their knowledge of the product was great.
AGAIN these sales associates literally go out of there way to get the job done. All three of them need to be recongized for their amazing customer service. I’ve worked retail before it is very hard to come by incredible customer service like they have provided!

This is the worst mall I have ever been to. I bought a order $ 750, and they supposed to send me a $ 200 gift card in six weeks. But it has already been 5 months and I have never received it. I called the customer service and they asked me to wait with a super bad altitude. I will never go shopping here again. The sales name is Grace, working in Channel store.

I got the most amazing cashmere sweater here & I gotta say I have fallen in love, wish I could wear this every day! I’ve washed it a million times and it still holds it’s softness! Neiman Marcus is definitely a higher-​end, brand happy place. most times you pay for the name, but like with anything, you get what you pay for. I couldnt care less about namebrands but i am a person who appreciates quality, and their stuff has held true to quality for me so far! Customer service is pretty good, someone always comes up and asks if I need help though I wish I wasn’t attacked right when I walk in that’s my only reason for not giving 5 stars, would love at least 2 minutes to walk around on my own but hey at least there is someone there to help if you do have questions, right? Love this place for business casual dress sweaters!!!

Shoe department is awesome. I never had a problem with the sales associates there, all of them were super friendly and helpful. I recommend working with Chelsea as she always goes an extra step to help her customers. Although I no longer live in boston, I still shop with Chelsea through text or phone to place orders for shoes I can’t find in other neimans, saks, or bergdorfs.

This review is only for CHANEL. Korean lady in chanel was a totally condescending BIATCH. Wannabe margaret ho, why you gotta be a bitch. Looking at a bag, she just says «that’s $ 19,000» out of nowhere. I understand it’s chanel and its neiman marcus (blah blah blah, impress me), and bags could be pricey, but I do not have to be spoken to like i’m a piece of trash. i’m sorry but Nordstrom is wayy better.
I’m soo fortunate to have my awesome lady from Chanel in Nordstrom! Kick rocks HO!

This is a beautiful store with a so so selection. I was mainly in the cosmetics department and they were out of stock on a lot of items. The sales people were reasonably nice and helpful.
The clothes are extremely expensive so I didn’t pay much attention to them.

Ugh. Snobby salespeople who act like it is a chore to help you, rude clientele, dead atmosphere, weird layout. just ugh. Would give one star, but I like the variety of products. I’ll only come here if Saks doesn’t have what I am looking for (which is basically never).

Most of the staff here are rude and probably cast judgement before they know or speak to you, even though they’re the sales associate and they think they are better than you. I needed something adjusted that I bought there and sales associate– Jessica, was extremely rude and condescending, basically implying that I couldn’t have bought my item here, even though I showed her the receipt. One lady I spoke to afterwards was very nice and helpful but Jessica and some of the other sales ladies were just plain rude. I won’t be back unless I desperately need to go.

Neiman Marcus is simply awesome. Every time I visit their shoe department I can barely keep myself from swooning. Fortunately, one of the guys in the shoe department knows exactly what I like and texts me photos of the newest and most fabulous shoes as they come in.
I also love their fragrance department, some of which can only be found at Neiman’s, and I still have a Carlos Falci wallet that I bought there 27 years ago… and it is still in great shape.
As for snooty sales people, I have never had this experience. I think they remain aloof so they don’t seem overly intrusive. The only issue I have ever had at Neiman’s was that they USED TO only accept AMEX, a fact that was recently remedied.
Even if Neiman Marcus is beyond your means, you should stop in when they have sales as you can get some incredible deals.

There’s not much to say that won’t sound like I’m just gushing (which I am, partly) but I have nothing negative to say about Neiman’s (or what I call Mecca). Clothes and accessories are fabulous in all the departments; the buyers clearly know what they’re doing. Cosmetics in particular is wonderful! Ellen in cosmetics is fabulous! She is so helpful, she can assist with any and all makeup needs with her many years of experience with a wide variety of high end makeup lines from Bobbi Brown to YSL and many more. Eleni Nicolo is awesome with applying/​teaching makeup for any occasion! You can’t go wrong at Neiman’s. It’s worth paying extra for this level of luxury/​quality and customer service.

This review is only for the men’s fragrance department. I don’t love their inventory for men’s clothes but the woman, Karen who works the fragrance area is incredible. She’s so honest about what will work for me and what won’t which is hard to find. If I don’t like something she works with me to exchange it for something I will like. She always keeps me abreast of new products and is easy to work with. If you go to Neimans ask for Karen!

I bought a dress here, and it arrived damaged. I had to return the dress and get a new one VERY quickly for a wedding. We managed to get a new dress and do a refund, but they bungled the refund and ended up charging me twice for shipping instead of refunding. It was all a big mess that took 3 trips to sort out.
Then this past weekend, I went to the lingerie dept and asked if they carry Natori. The sales associate said no and then added «because their bras are not good quality.» I could have sworn that they had Natori in one of their stores, so I check online and BINGO — they carry Natori.
If you don’t carry a product fine… but don’t BS me about how what I’m looking for isn’t *worthy* of your store, especially when you’re completely wrong.
Otherwise, I love the location and selection. Never had a great experience with service here.

Unlike my experience at the Saks on the other end of the walkway, the one I had here was great! Was greeted warmly as we walked in and then I got stuck in the perfume department. No that that was a bad thing, it was great. The woman assisting me in the Creed perfume section was great and if it wasn’t for not being able to pack it on the plane (then again I could’ve had it shipped — oh well!) there was this one scent that I was in love with! She even had the Creed representative come out and speak with me while we were there.
Then it was on to the contemporary department and if that Vince silk shirt hadn’t been too large it was going to be mine! The service in that department was great! Offered us water, set up a dressing room, checked on us in the room (yeah, hubs came in with me to help zip up dresses and give thumbs up or down). It was a very good experience.
Yeah I’d happily go back.

I didn’t feel as comfortable here as I usually do at Neimans. Some of the salespeople were standoffish, and the ones that tried to help me at the make up counter were super pushy and they seemed so fake. One guy told me that beauty week was coming up, but as soon as I said I wouldn’t be in Boston for the sale, his demeanor completely changed.
It’s a really nice store. I love the selection of handbags. The lady in Prada was VERY sweet and helpful. Extra star for her!
