This place. We walked in because we were walking around the market place and I’m so glad we stopped in. We had never heard of it and after talking to the employee and him finding out we’d never heard of it, he gave us quite a few samples and answered a lot of our questions. We ended up purchasing a package of mixed chocolates and we probably would not have if the employee did not talk to us or give us samples. I wish I had gotten his name. Great service! My favorite we tried was the ‘Diane’ which was absolutely delicious and also a dark chocolate covered orange peel which I didn’t get the name of. Definitely stop in and get some samples!

First of I have to say these chocolates are delicious but this review will not be about that… I’m only giving them two stars because of the service. I walk in and I’m not even greeted then once I am helped the lady had such a nasty attitude! She seemed to be annoyed with the questions I asked. Sorry if I’m not familiar with your store and wanted to know more about it. There was a gentleman there that did recommend a very good chocolate but that lady has no people skills wow… I would say customer service class ASAP!

I was so excited to find a brand new,
Belgian chocolate store in Faneuil Hall.
Yes, it is more expensive than Hershey.
Yes, the taste and satisfaction are worth it.
You could eat an entire Hershey chocolate bar
And not feel the satisfaction of eating
a single piece of Neuhaus chocolate.

Black Friday, and giving away a free box
of sampler chocolates with every purchase!
