Great food, have been going here for months and yet to have a bad meal. The phở’s are great and service is even better. This is a mom & pop, you can tell they take pride in their food. Overall it’s a very solid 5 star place!

These guys are great! I walked to here from the Courtyard by Marriott as my order for one didn’t meet the minimum for delivery. They are so nice and quickly delivered my vegetable Phở and tea. The food tasted über fresh and great and I won’t hesitate to return when I’m back in town.

Great little hole in the wall for Vietnamese sandwiches aka, banh mi. The people are friendly and the layout is straight to the point. The breads not as fresh as I would like, it obviously been reheated. Now as for the other ingredients, they are super fresh and amazing, definitely worth the 4 bucks.

Just stopped in and tried their World Famous Beef Noodle Soup. Delicious!!! Can’t wait to try more. 1 menu item down, 66 more to go!

The broth is clean and clear. The staff are all so kind and helpful. I’m a phở-natic and it certainly beats heading into Chinatown, Malden, Lynn, Quincy, and Dorchester. Parking might be limited, but worth the search for a spot. Enjoy!

Good prices, good food, and great portion sizes. I haven’t been to any other Vietnamese restaurants so I can’t compare, but I think New Saigon is great! Also, note that in order to use a credit card, there needs to be a $ 15 minimum order.

Reasonably good food, but restaurant is filthy. The floor and walls are nasty and there isn’t adequate ventilation to clear smells and cooking fumes from restaurant, which they«fix» by opening the front and back door to get cross flow through the restaurant. The staff is very nice and deserve a nicer place to work in.

Hot and Sour soup — OMG! This is not the hot and sour soup you get at Chinese food place, that’s brown, thick and gooey. This is a brothy soup, with freshly sliced vegetables, pineapple, hot spices, and a side of white rice. A small to-go order costs about $ 10, but it can feed 2 people. Definitely a place for me to revisit, especially when I need a pick-me-up from the winter or have a cold.

Of all the Phở places I have been to, this has been the best. Cool little place in the middle of these shops in East Boston. I had number 22 and it was delicious! Owner came out to check if everything was okay and waiter brought everything I needed. Only downside was that I had to ask to get my water refilled but as expected.

I love a good veggie phở and to find a place that actually uses a nice variety of fresh vegetables and gives you the option of a veggie broth as well! I am sold. The staff is always very friendly as well.

Came here based on reviews. Their sign is a little difficult to see as you’re trying to find the place. It’s actually bigger inside than what it looks from outside. Very clean! We were seated immediately and drinks were served within minutes. We ordered phở and vermicelli, both of which were disappointing. The broth in the phở lacked flavor as well as the fish sauce for the vermicelli. Both very bland, causing us to drench our meal in sriracha and hoisin sauce. Service is expected, slow and inattentive as every other Asian restaurant. My beau noticed how they don’t already provide condiments and/or utensils on their tables as most places. The tables are on the smaller side so it might be reasonable to not have them. Prices are fair for portions, pretty much comparable to everywhere else. I’m unsure as to how they received such great reviews, but based on my meal experience I’m a little hesitant to come back.

After the terrible experience I had with Vietnamese food in DC the day before and temperatures below 30 degrees Fahrenheit(I’m a California girl…), I was so excited to try this place. So I came in with high expectations. We arrived just as it opened and it was kind of empty, but the restaurant was SUPER clean. Ordered the seafood phở, phở tai, and goi cuon. The goi cuon was kind of below standard, disappointing… But the phở. It might’ve been because it was cold… or because I was crazy craving good Viet food… but it was pretty darn good. Hot enough, flavorful, phở noodles al dente… Definitely will be back if I’m ever in Boston again!

My wife and I were craving phở after we got out of the gym. We decided to go check this place out to see if it was any good. It was pretty good, clean taste and good phở. Worth checking out if you’re in this part of town and want to get some vietnamese food!

I love this place. The food is amazing, flavors are out of this world, fresh ingredient and great service. I highly recommend the curry phở and those beef sandwiches on the appetizer menu. Yumm!!! I had such a great experience.

Probably one of the few top places to get phở around the Boston area. Broth is good and portions are not bad even for the regular size. Service was great with plenty of seating. Restrooms are also clean too.

My go to for when I’m looking for a well portioned, rather healthier take-out/delivery option! I’ve had multiple dishes from New Saigon and have never been disappointed. Nothing beats having Phở delivered to you on days you’re either starting to feel under the weather or on a chilly night– I’m always struggling with my stomach and my brain’s desire to eat it all but I just don’t have the room! I’m also happy to always receive a good amount of protein with the vermicelli dishes that I order. I would have to say that their Phở and vermicelli is almost on par with the ones that I’ve had at other Vietnamese restaurants in the Chinatown and Dorchester areas. Their beverages, like the Vietnamese iced coffee and bubble tea and smoothies aren’t as good as some of the ones I’ve had at other Boston area restaurants but they’re still good. I usually get delivery from New Saigon but I was recently able to visit their restaurant in person and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and bright it looked! It’s a decently sized place with a good amount of seating considering it’s in East Boston.

Love this place! Delicious foods, great prices and excellent service. These are some of the nicest people I have come across in a restaurant lately. I love their won ton soup and their banh mi is delicious! Actually, everything is delicious.

Stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the food. I had the vermicelli with shrimp and pork. The portion was quite large, and luckily I was hungry enough to finish most of it! The shrimp was a little plain, but the grilled pork was good. It was late in the afternoon so I feel like the meat may have been reheated. It wasn’t bad, though. One strange thing I noticed was the noodles were cut so that they were about 2– 3 inches long. Is this an east coast thing or specific thing to this restaurant? It made it harder to get a big bite of the noodles. Skip the Vietnamese iced coffee. I got one to go to cool me down on the walk back to my hotel, but it was so disgusting I threw it away before I got back. I should have tasted it while I was at the restaurant. It tasted like old coffee-a little sour.
