Ambiance: small but quaint, they maximize the utility of this 500sq ft unit.
Service: professional yet not uptight. Micah and his team push you to your max and then some! I lost 10lbs in 2 months and have definition in areas of my body that I could never tone prior to next level fitness
Overall, amazing experience! See y’all at the studio!

Micah is the BEST PERSONAL trainer in Boston. I have personally struggled with weight loss for many years and thought getting a trainer would be very helpful. I was very scared. However, Micah made the experience very easy and enjoyable. There was never any judgement. Instead, he encouraged me and challenged me to continue pushing. After being a person who dreaded the gym, sessions with Micah are now something I look forward to because they are fun, challenging, toning, and exhausting.
Micah’s flexibility in scheduling is amazing and extremely helpful given my changing schedule. He is very knowledgeable and has helped with things such meal planning and grocery shopping. He definitely understand that weight loss is a journey and is there to help every step of the way.

Just completed 4 weeks of early morning bootcamp with Next Level. I am usually not a morning exerciser, but Micah definitely keeps you motivated. His passion for fitness is evident and he keeps the workouts fun and interesting making the time fly by.
Mixing it up between cardio and strength training resulted in losing weight and overall toning (which were the exact results I was going for!) The workouts are easily modifiable and can accommodate all fitness levels so no one is left out.

Just bought a bloomspot deal for the Next Level Boot Camp — 4 weeks for 25 bucks! I am on day 2 and let me tell you — I KNOW I am going to see a difference after 4 weeks.
All the classes are in the morning at a park in the South End. It is a pretty big area of the park and has plenty of room for the 25 – 30 people in the class. You are asked to bring a mat and weights (5 pounds at the most — even for guys).
The workouts are varied. They are a great combo of cardio, strength training, balance, and endurance. Micah is definitely tough but also makes the class fun! He is accomodating and if you have any type of injury Micah is happy to modify the moves for you.
I will look forward to updating this review after the 4 weeks to reveal my results!

Can’t wait for this years boot camp to start! Last year it kicked my butt and I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks… loved it and Micah and his crew are awesome and keep you pumped! If you need to get in shape for something or just want to see your body transform, like I did, try Next Level Boot Camp!

This camp is a great way to get recharged for physical fitness, I gained 20 lbs over vacation (3 months) and I needed help to get physically motivated to get back in the swing of healthy exercise. The trainers here are professional, kind, energetic, and knowledgeable on fitness programs to get me looking the way I want to. Even though it’s group fitness, they take the time to give individual progress notes and tips for your diet and exercise plans as well. Definitely try this out!
