When I work out with Justin I definitely fee it the next day, which is what I need since I never seem to work that hard on my own. He mixes up routines and finds workouts that are comfortable for you but still get the most from.

We only started with Justin a month ago, but I really can’t praise him enough. My husband and I do a session together twice a week, and we can already see results. He’s knowledgable, creative, and most importantly(with workout-idiots like us) very very patient.

Justin is the best! He has a high energy level and is constantly incorporating new exercises into my workout, so I am never bored. He is really passionate about what he does and it comes through the entire time I am with him. Whether he is correcting my form, adapting an exercise to better suit my preferences, or finding new ways to motivate me, I always feel like he is really commited to helping me get the most out of our time together. I had worked with another trainer before him and the difference is night and day. Justin is conscientious and reliable and never makes me feel like he is just juggling me with other clients. I saw a difference almost immediately with him. He is also incredibly knowledgeable and full of suggestions of things I can do when I am not with him that will help me achieve my goals. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in working with a personal trainer.

I have been working out with Justin for over three years now and couldnt be happier. His variety never ceases to lose my interest from outdoor interval training, weights, cardo and resitance training. Each week is something different and I never leave our workouts feeling bored. Its obvious he is knowledgable and the everchanging excercises prove just that. He takes great pride in his work and making sure I am comfortable too. Not only do we work on improving my fitness ability but he emphasizes how important form, stretching and injury prevention are as well.
