If you can get by the metal detector without being frisked, this place has great value! Notably cheaper than other lunch spots in the area. Reasonably priced soups, sandwiches, and salad bar. Breakfast parfaits for only $ 2.50. The turkey burger is delicious. Daily specials including Cesear Salad Wrap Mondays and Oodles of Noodles Thursdays!

This is the cafeteria in the Tip O’Neill Federal Building. I have worked in the building for the last several years and eat here a few times a week. The food and value is excellent, as noted by the number of people who do not work in the building who come and eat there. There is a salad bar, sandwiches made to order, a grill, hot entrees, and grab-​and-​go items. The menu repeats every week or two, but the food is so good that it doesn’t really matter. I would highly recommend the Oodles of Noodles on Thursdays (made to order noodles)! One caveat: since this is in a federal building, there is security to enter the building much like an airport. You can bring in liquids, but don’t bring in anything else that you wouldn’t bring through airport security.
