I would give this company less than one star if possible. Every time I am in the store the manager is loud and overbearing, I always end up leaving out of annoyance. They clearly have low sales because no one is ever in the store shopping, pretty clothes but you can easily find better shops on Newbury Street.

I’m in Boston for a few days. I have a large gift card to this store. It’s one of the only times I’ll get to visit the store since they don’t have a store in LA which is where I’m from. I look up their hours (close at 7 during weekdays) so I decide to head down there to look around and try and find something I like so I can use my gift card.
What do you know! It’s Thursday, not even 6:20 pm and the store is closed. Sign says they’re open 10 – 7 Mon-​Fri. This is my last day in Boston and they’re not open when they say they’re supposed to be open. It’s freaking ridiculous. How can they close shop that early?! It’s freezing, snowing outside, took a while to get there, and they don’t even honor their posted hours. Super disappointing.

Beautiful (sophisticated designs targeted towards women in their 30s), good quality, fair prices on sale items if not slightly overpriced regular items. The store is also set up nicely.
But why no free online shipping above a certain amount?! In this day and age, that is unacceptable. I was about to purchase 500 $ worth of clothes, but then when I saw that their was 8 $ shipping, I decided not to purchase as a matter of principle. I will bring my business elsewhere.
